What's your favorite aftershave?

Hey there guys,

I need to get a good aftershave, the last few ones I've had haven't worked well for me. And anyways, I'm always game for trying something new. I am looking for an aftershave with a nice scent, not any particular kind of scent, and one that is not too hard on the skin. Preferably one that even cools/soothes the skin a little after shaving.

Any suggestions? Would love to hear what your favorites are.

Try Aqua Digio by Georgio Armani. It makes my knees weak. It smells masculine but in a refined way.

Pinaud clubman, bay rum, or Burt's Bees Aftershave Balm are all subtle. Even better, they won't break the bank and women won't tell you you're overdoing it.

I use Lynx coz it's my partners favourite scent. I don't shave yet so I don't know what it's like after shaving but I have pretty sensitive skin at the best of times and it doesn't irritate or anything.

I use Neutrogina shaving cream and post shave lotion. They both have a nice subtle, but masculine scent. The cream goes on like a lotion, which I like because it makes clean up very quick. And a little goes a long way. The lotion helps soothes and is very light (which is good because I've very oily skin). They have the added bonus of being easy on the wallet.

One thing I've found that helps with burning/irritation is to shave with cold water. They say that shaving with warm water makes it easier, but all that really does is soften the hair. With the hair soft, they tend to bend and not get cut as well. And the temperature alone helps with irritation, I've found.
