Told My Buddies And Quesioning Sexuality Of A Really Good Looking Person...

I told my 2 best friends at school about me being trans. Nicole is straight and Sven is gay...but they both are awesome friends. I told Nicole in our first hour class in a note sort of randomly. I told Sven in a "letter" more or less. And he started screaming in the hallway "I knew it! I knew it!" Nicole basically said it's a little weird but she was cool with it. Nicole was the one I was most afraid of telling becuase I wasn't sure on what she would say about it. That's why I am friends with her is cuz she always surprises me with her reactions. My other buddy, Sarah, was home sick today and so I am going to give her it tomorrow if she is there.

Anyway, I was just really happy and proud of myself. That's not exactly something I do. I usually plan things out and stuff like that.

Oh and this girl Dylan...who is amazingly hot. Keeps hitting on me but insists she's straight. Yea right....

Example 1- This morning I got to school and then she parked next to me. I was waiting for Nicole to get there so I was just sitting in my truck listening to music. She lays down on my hood...I'm like Oh my goodness? So I get out and she's like "Hey Joe!" She said something about she thought that would get my attention. Then she tries walking away and I called her back to give me a hug (and it wasn't one of those "yay we're friends hugs" either). She did then grabs my derrierre and says she'll see me later.

Example 2- At lunch today I was in my truck getting ready to leave and she lays on my hood again. So I get out give her a hug and she grabs my derrierre...again. And then asks where I'm going to lunch at (she's still hanging around my neck so I do the male instinct and put my hands on her waist) I tell her I'm going to my mom's place. She lets go so I get in the truck. She gets back on the hood and I tell her my truck looks prettier that way so she can stay as long as she wants. Put it this way she didn't get off til I started moving.

Anyone else think she's hitting on me?

---Joey

PS there is a picture of my truck in my gallery and it's not very pretty!

That's cool that Sven 'knew'. Was he angry screaming, or happy screaming though? I didn't quite get the full impression of your reaction.

Dylan, as far as I know, is straight. I mean, you're a guy, and she calls you by your guy name, and she's attracted to your maleness, right? That's as straight as it gets.

Although, if I were you, I'd take it with a grain of salt. Does she know you're trans? Maybe she's just a chaser, or curious. Lots of people treat transgender individuals as an anomaly, I hate to say it. She might not be fully interested in you for you, and she just might be looking for a fling. And that's cool if it's all you want, too, or if it's what you're expecting. Mis-expectations can lead to hurt feelings and broken hearts. Be safe and have fun!

Nekomata-

He was happy screaming. I don't think I have ever seen him scream cuz he was mad.

Dylan doesn't know that I'm trans...at least not that I know of. But Dylan has only known me as Joe. SO I don't even know if she thinks I could be ftm.

Konnor-

Dude you rock! lol thanks a lot for everything.

Thanks everyone for replying.

Seth-- Nicole is just...like that. She hasn't treated me any different or anything. It's just something new to her. I've asked some of her friends and they still insist that she's straight.

Konnor-- I sure frikin' hope I get her.

Evan-- Very true point. I'm not even sure that she knows that I am physically female. So I guess it really doesn't matter...cept if she's bi I deffinently wouldn't argue about trying anything new...

I do have a girlfriend. And I'm not trying to say that I would leave my girlfriend for Dylan. But if something did happen I wouldn't turn Dylan down.

Btw- I found out she does now know that I am trans...thanks to sven and his over-sized mouth!

Dear Joe,

A word to the wise. Be very carefull of who you tell this to in school. Even though someone is you best friend and you feel you can trust them, somehow word gets out. If the wrong people get a hold of this information they can and WILL make your senior year a living hell. Very few people understand us and are afraid of us (people fear what they don't understand). Even at 52 I have to be very careful, there are people out there if they only knew wouldn't hesitate to beat the living crap out of me just because I'm differant. This goes the same for you, you may think this turns the chicks on but be carefull because Joe Dumbbass Talk With My Fists will be knocking on your door. My wife is a junior/ senior high school teacher she knows first hand of what happens in school. I suggest that if anyone brings this up tell them that you were just joking having a little fun you didn't really mean it even to your best friends. They may get a little peed off at you, but that's better than getting the snot beat out of you. Don't mention this again until you graduate then if your still friends with these people and you feel they need to know, This would be the time to tell them. After you graduate you will no longer see the people you are with right now, you will go your way they will go their's. This includes the people that will give you trouble. This goes the same when your in college or in the workplace. I would hate to hear that something bad happened to you.

I wish you luck and Godspeed,

Becky Lynn :)

Seth-lol I'm pretty sure and a mutual friend of ours says that she does.

Becky Lynn- I understand what your saying. But my friends already knew so it was pointless. And Sven didn't let anyone else hear what he told Dylan. He only told her and I trust her so it's ok with me. I actually think that the place I live is a fairly safe place to come out to people. Most of the population is strict hardcore morman. I mean the "oh my gosh I just killed a bug I'm going to hell" people. And if they aren't morman then they are too scared of me to do anything about it.

Hi,

No matter what Be Careful! I'm originally from Cleveland, now I live in a small town in WV. A very conservative community very differant from a large city. No matter where you go there'll be ignorant narrow minded ******** out there. I probably never will "come out". I'm married and have a close knit family, coming out would just compromise my relationships. I work too hard in my marrage and relationships to jeopardize them. Coming out takes a lot of testicles and I admire anyone's courage to do this. Make sure your friends keep this all to themselves. There are too many --Censored-- out there. If you need anyone to talk to, drop me a line.

Take care,

Becky :)

Ray- Anytime you wanna hear some funny high school stories just let me know.

Becky- Thanks for the advice. I understand what your saying. My friends like I said, are the few people I have ever trusted enough to tell them anything important. Coming out does take testicles and even when I did I was still scared half to death. Thanks for letting me know I can talk to you.

Sometimes desperate times call for desperate measures. These are my go-tos for those times.    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CQD51FSH?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details   Funny thing is that Reebok mens briefs look more like panties than Reebok women's hipsters (which are also one of my favs. Vanity Fair Body Caress Hi Cuts being my absolute favorites).    -Timi

Happiness is singing this song with my wife in the morning over coffee on our 30th anniversary. Desperately trying not to dilute the coffee with my tears.

Good afternoon everyone,    I hope you’re having a wonderful day. @Birdie I love the good morning picture. I have an open door policy for coffee.    Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

I threw away most of my male ones, kept a few just in case (Dr appts etc). I had almost thrown those away to until this issue came back up again. Perhaps your right, over time hopefully I'll get more used to it. Having to switch back to regular male undies made me sad. I think going up a size may help to. It's not always sore, only when I wear them for long stretches. I don't feel myself in male undies. Thank you for the advice

Over time, the stress continues to lessen -- as well as the euphoria that accompanied my coming out and beginning HRT. And as those milestones recede in the rearview mirror, it has allowed me to feel much more normal,  and to find my own expression of "non-binaryness".  My clothes closet is probably 80% female items, and will likely stay that way for the forseeable future. Were I young, I doubtlessly would find a different expression, but at 75 I am happy with what I achieved.   Another +1 to what @KathyLauren said regarding the worrisome and hateful behavior that we are witnessing. I can hope that this cycle will diminish over time, but to aid in that, each of us and millions of cis voters need to be involved in local as well as state/provincial, and national elections.    Kind regards,   Astrid

These work well to keep the bits in place without too much discomfort. https://www.amazon.com/s?k=menstral+panties&crid=3A0T4KFOGDZW3&sprefix=menstral+panties%2Caps%2C89&ref=nb_sb_noss_2

Going to a bigger size might help. I'm wearing high cut panties every day now - threw out all my male underwear - and ended going up a size just for the abrasion issue. I think that wearing them all the time has helped me "acclimate" as well.

Currently the material is stretch cotton bikini with no tucking. I've even tried to stretch out the front to create a pouch. Unfortunately I've only had limited success with that.  I'm considering trying a bigger size..maybe that'll help. Thank you for the input

Maddee, that makes me so happy for you!   I, too, am grateful for what I've learned about myself and for how far I've come in this past 1.5 years.
