My Dream

My greatest wish would be shopping with my wife, which I absolutly love. As we are walking through the store, I wish she would look me in the face and ask if she could help pick out a new outfit for me. I might get tears in my eyes. It was so tough keeping my crossdressing a secret for so long, I still can't gather up my courage to ask her to help me shop. No I'm not afraid of her, I'm afraid of losing her love. She now knows that I crossdress. She's never seen me except on Holloween once. I think she noticed how extremely happy I was. I think it scared her to. We have been married for almost 30 years and she has only known about me cding for the last two. I'm hoping that she noticed I'm the same person I have always been. To bad she doesn't want to see me dressed, I believe it makes me feel much calmer and happier the little time I can dress. So yes, I think one of the happiest days of my life would be if we shopped for me. Sorry for my long letter, what would make some of you really happy?

Bye for now

Sandy

Hi Sandy,

I won't offer you advice since there's so much good info out there about helping wives understand & hopefully appreciate our gifts, but I will wish you the best of luck with your lady-love.

My first thought after reading your question was that a TG-related theme-park would be awesome, especially for us girls just venturing out of our cozy, safe closets. Just think of it- everything decorated very feminine, specialty (discounted!!) clothing shops around every lil' corner, make-up displays along the walkways, cute guys all around to serve us & treat us like princesses, femininity presentations, spa treatments & manicures, femme role-play type amusements, lovely scented flowers as far as the eye can see, carnival games to win shoes, purses, etc., & jewelry door-prizes every five minutes!! Oh yeah... and one lucky girl gets chosen at random to be "Princess of the Day"- with a fairy-tale gown & hand-maidens to pamper her in every way! Hee, hee.

I know this is not as realistic as you probably had intended, but it's the first thing that came to mind & it does sound like fun doesn't it? A girl can dream can't she?

Hugz,

Veronica

Hi, Sandy. I'm in a similar situation, also. My wife knows that I dress but she has never seen me totally dressed. She is partially accepting of my dressing. She even bought me nail polish on a couple of occasions. One dream I have is for her to buy me a dress. That would really rock my world.

We have been married for 27 years. I'm thankful that she is partially accepting (it's better than nothing). She admits that it's a part of me.

Hi. Sandy we seem to have traveled down the same road and have our dream couls come true. I,ve been married for 35 years and have been dressing more in the past 12 years.

Interestingly my wifes only view of me dressed was when she was invited to a friends birthday party.

One of my earlier dreams did come true on that day, so yes, dreams can be fulfilled. It was such a wonderful experience for me to dress as a female maid, comletely made up and my wife dressed in an Elizabeathen dress.

I don't know how what she thought when I came out of the bathroom with make-up on and wearing high heels.

Since then I've longed to tell her about Joanne but although she's a councellor, I just can't take the chance that she could not accept my dressing.

So my dream is for the day that we could both live with the other woman in our marriage.

Love Joanne

It is so good to read all your replys. I hope everyone that reads this thread would leave their biggest crossdressing dream here. That way we can live through each others dreams and see that we all have many things in common.......Sandy

A simple one here - to not be so afraid of crossdressing and to be more comfortable/happy with myself. Just that at the moment, i don't seem to have much motivation to dress what with school and the university process in the way. :(

My greatest wish is to have a little understanding from my wife who has a total repugnance of crossdressing. I would also like her to see that I put in as much effort as I can to look my best.

A lovely dream, Sandy and I wish you all the best.

My wife knows I cross-dress. She tolerates it, but that is all. Last night, for the very first time in front of her, I wore my favourite satin pyjama and camisole to bed as a risky "let's see how she takes it". I'm afraid it did not go down too well. She looked at me and said "it's not right." But she still tolerates. And we had a long chat about things after.

What would make me happy? What I said to her this very morning was: I'd love to go shopping with you for clothes for me. I'd love for you to ask me to dress for you, to show you how I am and how happy I can be. Those are my dreams and they are very similar to yours. But she is finding it tough. However, she tolerates, and we share jokes about it and we talk. So I cling to the hope that one day she will understand.

Sandy - I wish you all the best in your dreams! I think they can become reality - it just may take time and patience.

All the best,

Eve

Yes,a simple dream.

Late in the night I tiptoe into my quiet, dark bedroom: I am floating in the fragrance of my beloved Lady while reaching our bed.

She touches lightly my shoulder in a whisper -Is it my nightgown Georgia? You like wearing it? It's yours.....have a good night.....

I have never had my wife shop for me. She knows I cross-dress, but is in a state of denial, like she overlooks it as if it is a character flaw. I can wear langerie to bed and she doesn't have any problems, but I need to be careful about what I wear when she is home during the day! What I have done is shop for her! I want to buy her an outfit for her birthday, but I want her to come along and try on different clothes. I get to wander through the woman's clothing, picking out wonderful fabrics and styles, she get to try them on until happy, and I go home buzzed! It is a lot of fun because you can look at a whole lot of possibilies, without suspicion, and with total approval of your SO.

happy trans birthday! I can't speak personally on the subject, but I hope hormones bring you the changes you're looking for <3

That’s super healthy, to see that something that becomes common has less effect on you and that you are able to decipher these feelings.   Sadly, this trend tends to only deaden good feelings as we tend not to let bad feelings attenuate the same way.   I have noticed less euphoria, but still feel the dysphorias that I have. Sometimes the good sneaks in and reminds me, but often time it’s just me seeing myself in the mirror and being comfortable about what I see when embracing my realized self. I may not get the same buzz I once did, but I don’t feel incongruous when looking at a more “drab” reflection.    Wishing you strength, you are amazing!

Congratulations! and Happy Trans Birthday @LittleSam! That is such a BIG milestone.  I can still remember walking out of my clinic with my first HRT presciption.  I was on Cloud-9.  Wishing you all the best in the start of your new Journey!

maebe thank you I try to be. I thank God for blessings, try to share them, beg forgiveness for my shortcomings n vow to try to do better...2 priests have said no, God doesn't condemn you just for being trans...but apparently evangelicals do   I shall vtry dear thank you
    • MaeBe
Meet him at the being good to others part of Christianity. At the heart of it, there are excellent tenets of the faith. Those that condemn are judging, Jesus would have us be selfless; stone casting and all that. Are you a good person? Are you putting good into the world? If your gender is an issue for God, let God judge. In the mortal realm, let your actions be heard.

and just fi sweeten it..I'm catholic n he hasn't been for years..he's evangelical..whatever that is

Let’s stick to cite-able fact. Most of my posts have been directly in relation to LGBTQ+ rights as it pertains to P2025 and I have drawn direct links between people, their quotes, and their agenda. I have made reference to the cronyism that P2025 would entail as well, by gutting, not cutting, broad swathes of government and replacing it with “conservative warriors” (I can get you the direct quote, but rest assured it’s a quote). All this does is constantly force the cogs to be refitted, not their movement. To say that agencies have directly defied a President is a bit much, the EPA did what Trump told them to do at the direct harm to the environment, the department of agriculture did the same by enacting the administrations forced move to KC which decimated the USDA.      How about Betsy DeVoss for Education? Or Bannon for anything? What about the revolving Chief of Staff position that Trump couldn’t stay filled? Or the Postmaster General, who did much to make the USPS worse?   Let’s not mix politics with racism, sexism, or any other ism. Because Trump made mainly white, male, appointments—many of them not, arguably, people fit for service—or unwilling to commit to term. I can argue this because, again, he’s up for election and will do what he did before (and more of the same, his words).   Please delineate how the selected diversity appointments have negatively affected the US, other than being black, women, or queer? Representation matters and America benefits when its people are inspired and empowered.

When I first started figuring things out, I got a lot more euphoria. Every time a friend would use he/they pronouns for me, I'd get this bubbly feeling, and seeing myself look masculine made me really happy. Dysphoric state felt more normal, so I guess I noticed the pain it caused me less.   Now, it's more just that my pronouns and such things feel natural, and dysphoria is a lot stronger -- I know what's natural, so experiencing the opposite is more jarring than everything. The problem is, most of my natural experiences are from friends, and I rarely get properly gendered by strangers, much less by my family. I've found myself unable to bind in months due to aches, colds,, and not wanting to risk damage.    It partially makes me want to go back to the beginning of my journey, because at least then I got full euphoria. I'm pretty sure it'll be like this until I medically transition, or at the very least get top surgery (you know all those trans dudes online with tiny chests? Not me, unfortunately). It's a bit depressing, but at least I know that, eventually, there's a way out of this.

Major mood, right here ^^^    I've listened to Lumineers to a long time (a major portion of it by osmosis via my mom), so that is almost painfully relatable
    • RaineOnYourParade
As for getting a button-up/formal pants suit, you can try to talk to her more -- Cis women in tuxes have worn tuxes in recent years, after all, (for example, Zendaya) so it can still be a relatively safe topic. For jumpsuits, I'd recommend going with a simple one with a blazer, if you can -- this'll make it look overall more masculine. There's a lot of good brands, but going for one without a lot of extra glitz on it will make it look less feminine under a blazer. I don't know many specific brands though since I usually just get my stuff from chain stores, sorry :<   When it comes to your hair, if you can't cut it, you can look up tutorials on fluffing it up instead. If you can pull it off, it can look a lot shorter and more androgynous instead!
