A Sleep of a Special Type

Such a Dream State

[Prose form]

Floating I dream

it seems a lovely dream

about my body gender change

and how its going well right now

seems to be connected

this whole state of conscious right now

and something like

gentle thoughts of spring flowers

they seem to be akin

the tangerine flavor in sherbert

cool and sweet and citrus tart

and my cheek against the pillow

feels soft and cool

like I am between sleep and awake

and feeling my face

somehow integrating

in the dream my face plays a part

it is how my world is now

smooth and cool

the pillow may play a part

as I awaken more

I feel my earrings against my cheek

metallic and real

bringing me more to the surface

everything is still flowing

like a tangerine ribbon

a continuum of my time line

me awaking and wondering

an afternoon nap of the sweetest kind

innocent of the concerns of the day

not at all like the sleep of the mundane

special and soft

a testament to what I am

what I feel

and the transition just to come

a new life for me

but the same

but still not the same

yet something else

slowly creeps into the dream state

what is it I wonder

will I now have to awaken

yes

I have to pee.

True testament to what just happened an hour and a half ago ago.

It's a strange world twixt waking and sleeping. A different form of conciousness. Strange but clear. Bizzare but connected to the universe. A place of mythical creatures and god like knowledge. A connection to the divine.
