...even without shaving I still look kind of feminine.

Right? or am I crazy?

I'm trying to get some hair electrocuted off in a couple days so I can't shave today.

Kind of nervous posting. Just passing the six month mark of HRT. On the 5 Year plan.

If you have your eyebrows done, it will make a big difference, but of course people will notice it, so I wouldn't go for that unless you're out to people about being trans.

And electrolysis isn't fun. I've had about 140 hrs! I still go back about every 6-8 weeks for 30 min or so... :(

Anyway, good luck! You'll do fine :)

Shadow aside, you seem to have softer features which would probably lend fairly well to your target gender, from a strictly an "on view" point. Adding things to that facet such as a female voice, mannerisms, walk, and basically how you carry yourself, all add up to a total presentation. :)

Thanks, I'm really happy to have the hair I do but at the same time I do have a bit of male pattern that started up before I began transition so I can't never really pull my hair completely back. My bangs protect me.

Your eyes look so sweet, so very sweet.

Take away the beard, and you look like a sporty girl :D

I'm so bad at sports. Glad to know I'll look like I'm good at them!

You look like a girl I knew in high school. Her name was Waunna.

That's good to hear! I'm happy that I look like a cis girl!

Oh, the cat's out of the bag... I just moved to a new town so I figured it was best to tell people early on. I'm proud of the fact that I'm transgender and I'm scared to think that anyone else may be in hiding and not have someone to turn to. Currently I have a pair of 38c's and I just started female growth not too long ago. I couldn't hide for much longer anyway.

(My dad, brother, and I all have had major gynomastia. So much in fact that they checked my brother thinking he has XXY Syndrome but it came out negative. Some times I think I may have some sort of genetic something but I've never checked into it. Also, I used to be fat.)

lol, I swore I would never sleep on my back ever. Like with a passion. Boobs (and an appendix that blew up) changed that.

140 hours beats taking two epilators to the face for 8 hours.(I broke the first one halfway through) That was one of those dumb decisions I made early on. Then again... some of the hairs never came back.

Heh, heh, manurisms check, walk check, carry myself check... still failing at working on the voice.

My voice is ok from the standpoint of being perceived as a female voice but not from a standpoint of sounding how I want to sound - I think I come across as too meek which is DEFINITELY not who I am! lol but then if I get too assertive or raise my voice, it starts to sound more masculine :( The Universe's way of making me calm down? Maybe! lol

It looks like you've got the girly face thing down pretty well. That took me a while >.<

What I don’t like about the dealer working on my car, yes the put the paper mats on the floor, but why don’t they remove them when they bring my car to me?  And why do they always mess with my radio settings and my electronic dashboard settings?  I get them the way I want them and they seem to want them at factory default.  Leave things like you find them!  Why is that so difficult?  And don’t tell me it’s because the updated the computer! Every time!.  And no I haven’t figured out everything yet on the new car.  I can’t even get my key programmed to move my seat when I get in and out.  It’s supposed to move the seat, the mirrors, the steering wheel and several other things.  My old Eddie Bauer was easy to program but then it only programmed seat location and pedal location.   ok now that we’ve had our rousing knock on cars and dealer mechanics.  What else shall we talk about?  Bras?  Seems like an appropriate subject for most of us.  I have several different types. Two are famous store push-up padded to are more common everyday lightly padded ant one is a no padding no strap slip and the last one is a front close longline no padding.  Now that one supports the theory that I am now a B cup on my own. I’d prefer a C but then I’m not so sure my blouses would still fit without pulling.  Ah the problem we have as women.  And sizes are never ever the same.  Oh I’m a size ??  But men I need a large shirt and 36-30 pants and they always fit.   we can’t buy anything off the rack with confidence it will fit and I hate having to take it home to try one and return what doesn’t fit.   we’ll time to do my hair and leave.   love ya   Willow

Hello we are The lake. So called because This One has not determined a name for oneself but has in a way created an environment to try out multiple names as different people. Currently Some of us use she/her pronouns and one uses he/him. We hope to learn more about being transgender and the intricacies involved. Once again it is a pleasure to make your acquaintance and we hope to be of further help in the future.
