Males Growing Breast From A Bar?

Rosey,

It would be fantastic if they did work  Sadly, though, the absence of hormones in the bars means they cannot work,, no matter how many bars are consumed per day.

Still, though, it is a neat idea . . .

Unfortunately not. The basic message in the article is "eat healthy". However, the only important ingredient from what I read (and it's a pity they didn't go into that) is ..... Fiber!

Go to those "magical" breast growing products sites and what are they saying you need to do? In addition to their products you need to eat fiber and proteins...

Fiber is the magical part, you gain tissue (mostly in combination with proteins if I remember the whole thing correct). On genetical males this normally translates in "man boobs"...

The one thing that I really find sad in this article is

For example, women (and men) between the ages of 19 and 50 need 1,000 to 1,200 milligrams of calcium per day: the equivalent of three glasses of milk.

The amount of 1~1.2 grams of Calcium is right, but ... milk isn't that suitable! About 75% of the calcium in (cow) milk passes through our body without being used at all. It's not "compatible" with our system. To optimize your calcium intake some dietists suggest you take a variety of products containing calcium during the day. Goat/sheep cheese, yoghurt, food supplements and so on.

As horrible as it sounds, research did show that dogs milk is most compatible... Yuck.

Anyway, you can either buy a pair of falsies or grow them like most of us...

There's magic pills alright...but they do need to come from a licensed practitioner...any other route with THOSE and you are needlessly risking yourself. Otherwise there's no creme, ointment or snack bar that'll do anything. I have been doing bust exercises sporadically for the last couple of years...with no supplements...and well my sister saw me without a shirt last summer and started smiling when she said, "YOU HAVE BREASTS!" If they got much bigger I'll be able to stick a pencil under them and it'd stay there...not that it would matter to me...they're VERY sensitive/responsive as they are, they won't sag as I get older as they are (YIKES!) and as they are 'they're more than a mouthful'. The great thing is I can make them bounce independently or together from the exercises...too spasmodic for the tassle thing though...probably run into myself attempting it and get hurt LOL...Kelly Ann

Honestly anyone that thinks that just 'cause something eddible is for men or for woman that it will assist in turning them into the opposite gender needs to grow up 'cause that is some real space age BS. If I insulted anyone I appologize I am just voicing my oppinion.
