If I remember right, standard genie wish rules means physical only. No metaphysical so love, happiness, etc are out of bounds.

1. I'd wish to have the body I would have had if I had been born genetically female.

2. I'd add the knowledge of the things I would have learned if I had been born female.

3. Good health for my family and myself for the rest of our lives.

Love, happiness and prosperity I've worked out on my own.

Assuming for my peace of mind there was a limitation that they had to be for me and not altruistic like an end to war and world hunger and cancer they would be:

To be 30 years younger but know what I know now

To have a taller male body that felt natural to me. Okay to be honest a good looking male body

To have enough money to give lots away and still have more left than I could ever spend

2. Make everybody's body continuously match their identity (that includes gender identity, but I see no reason to add constraints to a wish).
   
3. Reset the wish count (as a backup for when society pulls off the next major mess-up!).

Just the opposite. Of the top 33 industrialized nations on the planet... guess which is the ONLY one that doesn't have some form of national healthcare? The good ol' USA. I simply want what all the other countries already enjoy.

1- to understand clearly my mission on earth and that from the moment of my birth and accept it without doubts which are the real causes of suffering... (that implies I would not make what I see as past mistakes and bad decisions and implies that I would understand why I have been born as a woman or a man or a mix of both and that I would not have suffered all my life for not understand why...)

2- to be totally enlighten and be able to cure and help everybody in need or suffering on the planet...

3- that the world would become a paradise in which everybody accepts and respects others so we would all live in harmony and share our lights so that this material world would be pale and irrelevant in comparison of all the Love that would emerge from our universal union...

1. To be a master Alchemist and have the know-how to be able to make myself physically female, as well as to alter my body flawlessly (no circles, obviously).

2. A pendant that has the ability to alter reality (time and space) upon my command, and mine alone. This pendant would always return to my possession, and would not work for anyone else, and it has unlimited uses. Activation of the power is preformed through the command, "I wish____". The command may be issued at any volume, or made within the mind. I may alter the pendant and its powers with the pendant itself.

Simply one wish:

1. To be in a genetic female body.

Literally nothing else would matter. I'd rather be a homeless, sickly, unattractive female than a rich, healthy, attractive male.

If I recieved this one wish, everything else would melt away.
