You look pretty much male. The only reason I can think that you're still getting misgendered is assumption bias. Someone you're not sure of but who presents in a feminine manner, the assumption is likely to err on the side of "she." But someone with a masculine presentation, whom you're not sure of, many people will err on the side of "she" again, because many women do present as "butch" and dislike getting called "he." So, people trying to be sensitive will screw it up.

From straight on you look a bit more feminine, mostly because your face is round. The side shot, though, makes it pretty unambiguous imo that you're male.

I mean, I don't present "femininely" (don't particularly know what that means). I mean...I've got facial hair. I haven't shaved by sideburns in 3 months now. It's just not enough still.
