I promise I'm totally not one of "those girls" that is an attention wh*re or a show-off. All I want at the end of the day is to blend in and not stick out.

I suppose I may eventually have the issue of sticking out not because I'm trans, but because people are attracted to me, but truthfully that isn't really what I want. I just want to be a normal girl and fit in with the rest.

If I can work my 9 to 5 and come home and make dinner for my girlfriend and play some video games... that's all I want out of life (as long as I'm doing it as a female).

Very nice.. I will say that if that is only 4 month,in another few month there is going to be no way you will be able to hide it..I do hope you have a good plan already executed. I will also say that you have had some very good progress and to be honest,there are some GG's that don't look that good.. Time to rock the dress girl!!

This is just from HRT. I'm most likely going to get a consultation for FFS just to see what they recommend, but if they tell me I don't need it, I'd be fine with that too. I don't think I have any particularly boyish features left on my external appearance aside from you know what. lol

I would say that you are perfectly fine without FFS, but it doesn't hurt to see if they have any recommendations I suppose.

You are a stunner, Lauren. To be honest, if there are any boyish features, I can't see them. The only similarity I really notice in your before and after are you eyes. I really don't think you need FFS. I have been on HRT for 5 months now and I wish my results were so dramatic.
