I don't know...I live in the DC area and I think this is more lip service than anything...I will let you know if I see something to the contrary, but I am not holding my breath@

I participated in the focus groups and had some good conversations with the marketing consultant designing the campaign. She took a lot of care to get input from the community and craft the campaign. I think it is going to be well executed. As far as effectiveness - well that is completely unpredicitable since this campaign is venturing into uncharted waters as far as media campaigns go. However, I am confident of the care, professionalism, and skill that went into it.
