Ok, in Vancouver and 30mins away from a laser removal appointment. Then to head on over to the GT and see about taking a few more steps forward.

Also, for those Vancouver boys and girls. There is a huge closing sale downtown at Sears. Just grabbed a great dress from there for 7 bucks.

Ok. Done and done. Laser was pretty cool, like a swarm of bugs taking a taste of my face lol and it smelled like burnt hair and buttery popcorn.

Angelina was real nice too, funny and bubbly and ended things with a hug.

The GT session was just as good. She is doing the paperwork for my Doc and setting things in motion for those magical hormones.

So excited, and a really great day.

Have to add, on the bus back to Whistler, i ran into a friend i had not seen in years. She asked about my red blotchy face and i told her all about doing laser and seeing a GT. She was really cool about it and we sat together and gabbed the whole way back. Showed off our fab nails to each other, dreamed of this seasons boots as we flipped through a Vogue. It was a better day than i ever thought it would be.

I am feeling amazed and surprised that i have now come out to 9 people and only 1 has had an issue with it. I hope to keep this trend going as i still have the bosses to talk to and 5 remaining close friends and still dad and 1 of 2 brothers (one brother has been missing for a number of years). All in all, a good day. Also, is my redness going to last a day or two at most? Not super concerned, just looks bleh!

My redness always faded after an hour but everyone is different. Congrats on your progress and the best of luck toward getting more great days.
