so im a 22 years old girl... when i was 11 i realized that somethin wasnt right coz i had a crush on a girl... for years i thought i was a lesbian but then i realized that i dont want girls to love me like im a girl, i want them to look at me as a man.. coz i feel that im a man inside.. so i have done some researches online about hormone therapy n the surgery itself but there r a few things that i still dont understand... im still confused oh and when i saw the cost... i mean just to live normally like any other guy, i gotta have a fortune *faint*

anyway, i would like to meet other ftm ppl, just 4 a good talk :)

Well, there don't seem to be a lot of folks on line today, I wonder why?

But I thought that I would respond to let you know how much I sympathise with you, I'm headed the other direction and I felt that the costs were prohibitive and then I checked out what it cost for you and oh my! It must seem to be an insurmountable obsticle!

However, the surgeries are not done all at once - wow that would ne tough!

You can spread out the costs a bit that way, but I know how much it hurts to see your life long dream on the other side of a chasm that can only be filled with money!

How much easier life would be if we weren't so into money - you are only as good as your bank account!

Good luck and please don't be too discouraged, through hard work, careful planning and a lot of perseverence you will make it!

Love ya,

Sally

Hola!

And welcome. (I'm much better today, not freezing). We're always up for good convo around here.

Yeah, the costs of surgery can be pretty daunting, it actually is probably the number one thing that dictates the "swiftness" with which many transition. Best advice I can give you is check out what insurances in your state cover and don't cover. An easy way to do it is actually go to a support group or gender counselor in your area and just ask. People who are on the same road or are post-op usually already have done some of that same research for where you live ;) Don't reinvent the wheel where you don't have to, follow the path already forged, when necessary clear away some bracken yourself but remember, leave it visible to whoever is coming after you.

Other than health insurances, theres care credit. If you aren't afraid of a line of credit for that and think you'd qualify check it out.

www.carecredit.com/ Hint: Check to make sure the surgeon you're planning to deal with deals with care credit before takin the line of credit out.

I definately feel you on the realizin "how" you want to be loved by that woman part. I think you'll find that other people have that same sort of understand sometimes tho it might be at different points and in different contexts. I'm hopin you also realize that just your sexual attraction isn't the basis of your gender identity. But it sounds like you do.

Glad to have you. It's always cool when more fellas drop in ;)

Good morning everyone,   It was our first night with our European Boxer and it went well. We got up at 05:30 let him out of the cage and went directly outside to give him a chance to go potty. It has been raining for two days and nights so the grass is soaked and nearly up to his belly. I don’t think he’s ever been outside while it’s raining or wet. I had my rain jacket on and a big brimmed hat as well as rain boots, he just stayed at my feet no matter where we went in the yard. I took him to the previous locations where out daughter’s dog had gone poo, but he just sat at my feet. Once inside and drying him off with a towel. He took a poo right there. So I gathered up his mess, and took him and his poo outside. So right now it’s dog one, trainer zero. Now that the coffee is brewed and I have a cup, he’s chewing on a toy.    Hugs,   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

Strange that I awoke from a dream dreaming about "being able to pee standing up!"   I know that sounds strange from someone AMAB, but intersex issues have always prevented that.    I wonder what made me dream like that? That was a first! 🤔

Morning y'all.    Nearly winter here, but it's a mild climate compared to what most of you experience. Even so, the best way to describe the mornings lately is...nipply! 😁

What I don’t like about the dealer working on my car, yes the put the paper mats on the floor, but why don’t they remove them when they bring my car to me?  And why do they always mess with my radio settings and my electronic dashboard settings?  I get them the way I want them and they seem to want them at factory default.  Leave things like you find them!  Why is that so difficult?  And don’t tell me it’s because the updated the computer! Every time!.  And no I haven’t figured out everything yet on the new car.  I can’t even get my key programmed to move my seat when I get in and out.  It’s supposed to move the seat, the mirrors, the steering wheel and several other things.  My old Eddie Bauer was easy to program but then it only programmed seat location and pedal location.   ok now that we’ve had our rousing knock on cars and dealer mechanics.  What else shall we talk about?  Bras?  Seems like an appropriate subject for most of us.  I have several different types. Two are famous store push-up padded to are more common everyday lightly padded ant one is a no padding no strap slip and the last one is a front close longline no padding.  Now that one supports the theory that I am now a B cup on my own. I’d prefer a C but then I’m not so sure my blouses would still fit without pulling.  Ah the problem we have as women.  And sizes are never ever the same.  Oh I’m a size ??  But men I need a large shirt and 36-30 pants and they always fit.   we can’t buy anything off the rack with confidence it will fit and I hate having to take it home to try one and return what doesn’t fit.   we’ll time to do my hair and leave.   love ya   Willow
