I Want To Look Like....

Keifer + white hair actually equally something like what he looked like in the Lost Boys so you have no problems.

Although I'm surprised at your photo.....I actually thought you'd go for more like this.....

lol funnin you dude.

Hey, that's pretty good. I like that look. Maybe a little too hound dog to me though. Don't want to go looking too desperate for the ladies. See now my dog Squirt is a chick magnet. I'm telling you. Every time I take him somewhere I get at least two or three ladies oohhing and aahhing over him. I almost said that I wanted to grow up looking like Squirt, but I'm not sure how to get the cold black nose. Besides that might be a turn off too.

Speaking of hair, the style I have now is great. One or two minutes and I'm done. I really couldn't ask for better. If a guy has to spend more than five minutes styling his hair, that's way too much.

with out a doubt Kate Beckensale (spelling wronG, or Milla Jajovavisk from Resident evil. I think they are so kick donkey and beautiful. And who else can pull off the leather and latex like kate? Unfortuantly when I was younger I have a pic of me that looks like Jodi Foster. I am going to see if I cant find it and post it, Now I just look like my dad.

Actually I've always kind of liked this photo:

Kiefer Sutherland photo

Although I don't smoke. And I may not have my hair this long anymore. I can't do the blond look. I've got the black Irish looks: dark dark brown hair (not counting the white), dark brown eyes, and the way pale skin.

Yeah, thank heavens for that. I've got some native intelligence despite what people think. When one's been in the cavalry for six years, y'all would hope he could figure out which end is which, huh?

I want to look like a Beatle. Like, early sixties "I wanna hold your hand" Beatles. And maybe more along the lines of Paul than Ringo, but, whatever, so long as I have the hair I'm good. (I think I might look like a combination between the two... But I'm slightly darker than they are.) And my grandma, out of the blue like a month ago, said I looked like one. It was amazing; I was like "ZOMFG! That's EXACTLY what I was going for!!!!" (I might have said this earlier on the forums, I don't remember, but just in case) And then right after she was like, "And you know how they felt about the Beatles in their time!" and my cousin did an impression of a fangirl scream... And I was just like, "Wait... Did my grandma just imply that my hair would be impressive to the ladies?" It was awesome. (But, sigh, they all think I'm a lesbian. Close enough, for now, I suppose)

Well, Kiefer Sutherland is awesome. I'm not really good at judiging men's looks, but if I could choose one complete body, including height, stature etc. for my brain and my soul - I think it would probably be Hugh Jackman. If it were just about the face - Carlos Bernard, 24's Tony Almeida. Maybe it's got something to do with me having one huge crush on Reiko Aylesworth, but that would go too far now. :D

I don't even know any people...

I can only really picture my characters as people to look like. Maybe I would like to look like Dr. Hastings, a scientist character of mine.

I just want to be comfortable with my body in the end... however long that takes.

Occasionally I want to look different - I'd like to have a more pronounced jaw line, be taller, have bigger hands, have less (or no) acne, etc. Most of the time, though, I just want to look like me. Since I've had chest surgery and have been on T for over four years, I usually manage to pull that off quite nicely. I do really, really want to lose the weight I've put on because of my psychotropics. And I think that will happen. Eventually.

I dunno if this'll help you but I too have "want bigger hand"-itis and what I determined was that if T builds muscle mass across the board, then excercising the hands directly should give them the opportunity to add at least some muscle making them even a little bigger. Think of getting one of those gripper exercisers to do the job. And, for me, I thought to include using a set of dumbells (like 10-12 pounds) to hold and rotate your wrists so that they can not only strengthen but thicken too.

Years ago I wanted bigger hands too, but that was more because I play the piano and I couldn't stretch my fingers to complete a full octave. That would require lengthening bones and that's never gonna happen. I've just learned to live with small hands.

Link to comment

I agree. There's a certain amount to be lived with, ie bones. But there's nothing that says hands with the same bones can't be more masculine or masculinized; "beefier, broader, rougher" than they began.

Anyway, I've been watchin Cary Grant all day. A guy that for a while I didn't know whether or not I wanted to throw off my "admired men's" list. For a long time I did "throw him off". But watchin him in "His Girl Friday" he gets a repreive. You can't be "jealous" of Grant though, at least I can't, he's too ....."not Dirk"-ish to be jealous of lol Although he wears a great suit and is 6"1'. I guess if there's anything I admire about Grant its his frame and the way he carries it, that and his comedic timing.

Link to comment

Well really Evan, how could anyone be jealous of a man whose name was really Archibald Leach?

You do know that if you go for the Gary Cooper look, you don't really need to...(long pause)...talk very much.

So if you are worried about your voice it's Gary or Marcel Marso!

Love ya, guys,

Sally

 ....and here I thought it was only Tony Romo who didn't need to talk very much (bullseye! and he scores like only a twin brother can B) )

<--makes sure he ducks around that snack cart after that

Link to comment

OK, Evan, no more snacks while I'm at the cart!

Just kidding, I'll bake you some brownies your just cranky because mom is driving you nuts!

Tony Romo is actually a great example for all of you guys - take a good look at him, really (forgive me Tony) kind of average, when he wears those Silly hats his ears stick out and he looks like an average guy - until he smiles!

OOOOhhhh, Aaahhhh!

Sorry, where was I? Oh, yes - his smile. Every genuine Tony Romo smile has a brightness in the eyes, a hint of laugh lines around the eye, a hint of a smerk and an implied wink - confidence! He made his way, the hard way to become the quarter back of one of the best known sports franchises in the world - second only to the New York Yankees in merchandise sales. No one wanted him or knew anything about him and now he is everywhere. That smile was there when he was in high school and college - it isn't likely to go away, Johhny Carson had that mischievious little boy smile until he died.

The fact is you are going to be as good looking as you think you are - remember the most popular kids in high school, were they always absolutely the best looking in the school - be honest ususally nos there was almost always a couple of absolutely gorgeous 'wall flowers' the only dofference was attitude (and who had a better car - ha,ha).

I love you, so go ahead and allow yourself to love you too,

Sally

"Exstatic" is an adjective that means feeling great rapture or delight. For example, "His wife gave birth to their first child, and he was ecstatic about it". Synonyms of "ecstatic" include rapturous, entranced, enthusiastic, and frenzied.

Absolutely. Being able to encourage, to help, others is so empowering. I've been helped by so many people over the years, I love being able to pay it forward.

Good morning, everyone!!   A busy day ahead for me - need to cut the grass and then pick up the clippings. The grass grows so quickly this time of year. I cut almost 7 acres so that will take up most of my day. At least I can get some sun on my legs and arms!!   Time for another cup of coffee as I catch up here.   Enjoy this beautiful day we've been given.
    • April Marie
I started shaving my legs years ago - I started getting an occasional mild contact rash on my shins. That became my excuse to shave them for both me and my wife. Over time, the rash didn't expand...but my shaving did. Full legs....groin......chest......and finally my arms. Keeping the rash at bay was my excuse until I came out to my wife. Now I typically do a full shave on Sunday mornings. The hair is lighter but I just feel better with it gone - it helps with the dysphoria and dysmorphia. I will also typically do a chest touch-up mid week since I notice the growth more there.   I wish someone would invent a pill that would stop hair growth everywhere except on your head.

Good morning.   im not sure where the time went.  I had a decent nights sleep,  didn’t  tell Alexa to let me sleep another 5 minutes,  I didn’t do anything extra but it’s almost time to leave and I just got here.  Definitely only a one cup morning.    I have the overhead console out of the Ford. It needed some repairs with toothpicks and glue.  Been sitting all night t for the glue to harden. I’m always to impatient with glue but not this time.  I want it to hold. Ok the next owner won’t be able to change the lightbulbs however in my defense, the are led so they will likely still work when the car goes to the salvage yard.   gotta go. Not as much on my plate at work today but it’s always busy.   Willow

Yes, my programmer friends and I think that antivirus software is a virus.  It's constantly searching your system and slowing it down.  If you install your own OS and software on your machine, and you make backups of your personal files, then you can recover from viruses in an hour or two.  My computer is 10+ years old and is working as good as the first day I had it.   As long as my computer is doing what I want it to do, I don't care if someone is spying on my system.

If you get a ticket, always say not guilty and go to court. Much of the time, the officer will not show up, and often the district attorney or the judge will not want to take the time. They ticket harvest because most people just agree to the fine and send them a check by mail.   If you are not a commercial driver, Most states also have a ticket forgiveness program. You take a little easy Driver's Ed Course, and it doesn't go on your record or increase your insurance prices. Explore your options!
