Just finished shopping at Victoria's Secret semi annual sale and OMG, I spent an hour and a half shopping for bras and panties and can't wait to try everything on, but I have to wait until the wife goes to work 2 morrow. I am curious if anybody else has shopped there during the sale? I got some sexy bras and panties and all the sales ladies would not leave me alone, I felt kind of weird because I wear a 38DD bra with my breast forms and XL panties, but I had to buy some bras for my wife in 36B and they look at you funny for buying 2 different size bras. My wife nows I wear womens panties, but is OK with it. She does not know that I have breast forms and bras that are hidden in the garage cabinets and heaven forbid she never finds out, I don't think it would go over very well. My question to everyone is, does anyone shop at Victoria's Secret and if you do, what type of bra or panty do you prefer? I found a lot of full coverage bras that fit my forms very well, and there XL cotton and satin panties are wonderful.

Hi Matie,no I don't shop at V.S. I'm too cheap,Walmart and Goodwill for this lady.

But more important than the place you shop, don't sell your wife's tolerance and acceptance level short.

Have a long talk with her and let her know that you also like to wear bras, and other underthings. Let her know that you're not planning to go out, but enjoy the C.D. experience in private and tahat you wanted to share your private thoughts with her.

At least from your post, you indicated you don't plan on going out "en femme'', so on your own sweet time let her know. At least that's my thought...............Mia.

Much like Mia, I don't shop there, I'm poor and cheap! :D

I do think that you should talk to your wife - not abig rush, but if she finds your little goodies - she will not take it as well as if you tell her. You can't ever really know how someone will react if you tell them, but if they 'catch' you, you can bet that won't be as good!

I buy Haynes Her Way cotton briefs in a 6 pack at Target, I'm cheap, old fashioned and just a bit boring! :D

Love ya,

Yeah, to date all my undies are from Target, which has GREAT prices (and we have a great Target nearby). My one Christmas gift from VS was "Pink" sweat pants.

:o Hey - give Matie a break! Victoria's Secret is fabuous!

I can't afford it of course - but that's where I am gonna shop when I win the LOTTERY - Yeaaaa (if I have any money left over after doing everything else I wanna do - grin)

I buy panties at Sams' Wholesale - by the basket full - and that works. Trouser socks too. Camiolses? Bras are a little bit different as there are so many fitting issues. Sam's is a dud for girl clothes though.

SOOO why not do like most women do - buy everyday wear at economical places, buy special day wear at the premium stores. Comparison shop on the internet, but buy in person. Oh if I could only get into some of that super sexy Victoria's Secret stuff - wowwww - made for tiny women!

Matie, we TG are also CD in our own way - ha!

Victoria's Secret panties rock! So comfy and so pretty! I go for bikini cut. solid colors normally, but prints are fun also.

bras..eh..they don't make them in my size.

You're right Mattie.$3.00 for panties, that's cash time.

Also welcome to the Laura's. Forgot to mention that in my last post. So come on and talk your heart out, we're here to listen and chat back. We do a good job here, we're down right "deputized" experts.

One question though if your wife trusts you to buy bras for her, she probably knows more than you think. How secret a spot is the hiding place.?

Luvs you already.................Mia.

Welcome to Lauras, Matie, and hi Mia (xo) -

I've purchased all my boy shorts (control type, of course) at Walmart - Sweet Nothings may be the brand - I loooove them! I also have found some very sweet and sexy lacy, satin and cotton panties under the Steve brand at Marshalls, often for $1.99/pr., as well as a nice selection at Ross Dress for Less.

One of these days I want to shop VS for myself, but I haven't had the er guts yet! You go, Matie!!!!!!

Kisses, KM

ya'll 'r making me feel bad again...we have a VS Outlet in Tampa...I must have close to 10 niteys from there in different materials and they are all really well made and comfy...Target has quality stuff too and I've gotten some really nice things there...ladies don't sell 'grandma' short either...the great-great-great-grandmother of them all(((drumroll))) SEARS! They have items made for their store brands that are generally very nice and have pretty high standards for their quality control...the bridal salon has some really nice things reasonably priced. HMMmmmmm Matie...try this on for size (erp) if your going incognito...the 38DD is for the wife and the 36B is for your mistress...you can treat one nicer than the other and buy something just a little bit 'nicer' for the wife. Ahem...is this sneaky...probably. Is it dishonest? Not really your getting something really nice for your wife that she'll like if it's bought for her and not you LOL, and your getting something for yourself so why would...now I'm getting confused again. If this little story works for you as cover great...but I suspect that Mia is as perceptive as usual  Just stay outta my way at the markdown table LOL, Kelly Ann

Hi Matie,

I just wanted to let you know that you have enough posts to use the PM system. If you have anything that you would prefer to discuss with anyone in private - you can do that now. It also cuts down on approval time (if your person is on line - look at the bottom of each topic ore the bottom of the main page, you can see who is on line).

I know that most of us welcome PMs, almost all moderators are here just for that!

Matie, I absolutely LOVE Victoria's Secret and I buy all my panties there. I save up and get the 3 for $30 ones and take really good care of them, handwash and hang dry so they last. I don't like cotton very much at all, they remind me of the boy's underwear I used to have to wear, yuck. I like the lacy ones with the little bows and they have sexy red ones with pink lace. There are some nice boyshort types with glitter and some that lace in the back. The boyshorts work really well for me to tuck with. I really like the lacy bikinis with the little heart pattern and the ruffles. I was just there for the sale and got some and the salesgirl said the ruffly ones were her favorite, too.

My BF's sister lives overseas where they don't have VS so she has us go get them for her once in a while. Another great reason to go there!

I would love to shop at Victoria's Secret...unfortunately we don't have them in Canada :( ...and on my last trip to the States over the Christmas/New Years break, my girlfriend and i were both sick for a few days so we didn't make it (like we had planned). We do have a great store called La Senza that i get all my panties and nighties and other lingerie from...great styles! I like lace boy shorts and 'cheekies' in materials like micro fiber..something soft with a little stretch...and of course cute thongs!

Jockey! I LOVE their panties! Do you have an outlet store near you? They are sooooo much cheaper there.

Their "no panty line promise" bikini's are the best. Smooth, very comfortable, and NO LINES!! :)

Change of heart from my original post....said I like Walmart for panties,,and I still do but you get what you pay for..after 20 or so washings the threads start coming apart and with the V.S. underwear they last and hold their shape far longer and don't color fade either.......The Older you get the more you learn......Mia

I Like the firm control type, get them from Lane Bryant Mail Order or on line.

I could not squeze into a Victory Secrets item if I tryed. They stop at size 40.

I ware a 50D Bra with my inserts. Like the Underwire type best, but hard to find

in my size.

Hey Matie!!!

V.S. is my favorite place to shop!!! I don't just by the lingerie that they are famous for. Try the skirts, shoes (especially the ones designed by Colin Stuart!!). The bras and panites I buy are mostly from the "very sexy" line. I also by the standard bikini panties. Additionally, my favorite skirts are from the "Body by Victoria" line as well as the pants. Check out the "Christie fit" pants they are awesome!!!

If you like V.S. then you will love Body Central. Check them out at www.bodyc.com

LOL

happy trans birthday! I can't speak personally on the subject, but I hope hormones bring you the changes you're looking for <3
    • MaeBe
That’s super healthy, to see that something that becomes common has less effect on you and that you are able to decipher these feelings.   Sadly, this trend tends to only deaden good feelings as we tend not to let bad feelings attenuate the same way.   I have noticed less euphoria, but still feel the dysphorias that I have. Sometimes the good sneaks in and reminds me, but often time it’s just me seeing myself in the mirror and being comfortable about what I see when embracing my realized self. I may not get the same buzz I once did, but I don’t feel incongruous when looking at a more “drab” reflection.    Wishing you strength, you are amazing!

Congratulations! and Happy Trans Birthday @LittleSam! That is such a BIG milestone.  I can still remember walking out of my clinic with my first HRT presciption.  I was on Cloud-9.  Wishing you all the best in the start of your new Journey!

maebe thank you I try to be. I thank God for blessings, try to share them, beg forgiveness for my shortcomings n vow to try to do better...2 priests have said no, God doesn't condemn you just for being trans...but apparently evangelicals do   I shall vtry dear thank you
    • MaeBe
Meet him at the being good to others part of Christianity. At the heart of it, there are excellent tenets of the faith. Those that condemn are judging, Jesus would have us be selfless; stone casting and all that. Are you a good person? Are you putting good into the world? If your gender is an issue for God, let God judge. In the mortal realm, let your actions be heard.

and just fi sweeten it..I'm catholic n he hasn't been for years..he's evangelical..whatever that is

Let’s stick to cite-able fact. Most of my posts have been directly in relation to LGBTQ+ rights as it pertains to P2025 and I have drawn direct links between people, their quotes, and their agenda. I have made reference to the cronyism that P2025 would entail as well, by gutting, not cutting, broad swathes of government and replacing it with “conservative warriors” (I can get you the direct quote, but rest assured it’s a quote). All this does is constantly force the cogs to be refitted, not their movement. To say that agencies have directly defied a President is a bit much, the EPA did what Trump told them to do at the direct harm to the environment, the department of agriculture did the same by enacting the administrations forced move to KC which decimated the USDA.      How about Betsy DeVoss for Education? Or Bannon for anything? What about the revolving Chief of Staff position that Trump couldn’t stay filled? Or the Postmaster General, who did much to make the USPS worse?   Let’s not mix politics with racism, sexism, or any other ism. Because Trump made mainly white, male, appointments—many of them not, arguably, people fit for service—or unwilling to commit to term. I can argue this because, again, he’s up for election and will do what he did before (and more of the same, his words).   Please delineate how the selected diversity appointments have negatively affected the US, other than being black, women, or queer? Representation matters and America benefits when its people are inspired and empowered.

When I first started figuring things out, I got a lot more euphoria. Every time a friend would use he/they pronouns for me, I'd get this bubbly feeling, and seeing myself look masculine made me really happy. Dysphoric state felt more normal, so I guess I noticed the pain it caused me less.   Now, it's more just that my pronouns and such things feel natural, and dysphoria is a lot stronger -- I know what's natural, so experiencing the opposite is more jarring than everything. The problem is, most of my natural experiences are from friends, and I rarely get properly gendered by strangers, much less by my family. I've found myself unable to bind in months due to aches, colds,, and not wanting to risk damage.    It partially makes me want to go back to the beginning of my journey, because at least then I got full euphoria. I'm pretty sure it'll be like this until I medically transition, or at the very least get top surgery (you know all those trans dudes online with tiny chests? Not me, unfortunately). It's a bit depressing, but at least I know that, eventually, there's a way out of this.
    • RaineOnYourParade
Major mood, right here ^^^    I've listened to Lumineers to a long time (a major portion of it by osmosis via my mom), so that is almost painfully relatable
    • RaineOnYourParade
As for getting a button-up/formal pants suit, you can try to talk to her more -- Cis women in tuxes have worn tuxes in recent years, after all, (for example, Zendaya) so it can still be a relatively safe topic. For jumpsuits, I'd recommend going with a simple one with a blazer, if you can -- this'll make it look overall more masculine. There's a lot of good brands, but going for one without a lot of extra glitz on it will make it look less feminine under a blazer. I don't know many specific brands though since I usually just get my stuff from chain stores, sorry :<   When it comes to your hair, if you can't cut it, you can look up tutorials on fluffing it up instead. If you can pull it off, it can look a lot shorter and more androgynous instead!
