My Favorite Bra

Guest Guest_

I was wondering if any of you ladies has a favorite bra. Mine is the Lace Desire Shimmery Floral Embroidered Minimizer which is a underwire bra made by BALI. I love the design its very feminine, and since it is a minimizer I have no trouble filling it out. You can see a picture of it in the One Hanes Place Outlet Catalog or go to their website. onehanesplace.com

Amber I never thought of a minimizer bra. The blurb says it reduces cup size by 1 3/4 inches or roughly from an C to an A and, like you, I can fill an A. Certainly more affordable than trying a bunch of expensive large band A cup bras. Can you tell me more about fit and sizing?

thanks rita

I just love my VS floral lace demi push up in 38b (dream angels), it fits just right and creates the most pleasing of sillouettes with many of my tops and blouses.

Rita: Not knowing your measurements, and not knowing if there are any in Ontario, but let me suggest that you try KOHL'S Department Store . They have a wonderful selection of minimizers in several brands and styles. The sales ladies have always treated me very nicely while shopping here for my lingrie. If you are not comfortable asking for help pick out a few you like and head to the dressing room. I have never had a problem. I wear a 38C and it fits perfect. Looks like it was custom made. I fill it out the cups completley and the band is very comfortable. I hope you find the proper size and have a wonderful shopping experience. Love Amber L.

That is a pretty bra..

I've been wearing Lane Bryant satin full coverage bras for awhile now. They're good at concealing forms, much better than their plunge, demi and cotton t-shirt bras. Once I don't need the hired help, I'll consider the others but for now, satin full coverage works perfect for me.

I am partial to the Victoria Secret bras. I know they are pricey but I like their fit much better than the bras at walmart or kmart. Right now I am only an 'A' cup so I am wearing a 36A push-up and demi bra...

I bought a long line "front loader". Giggle. It is one of my most comfortable bras. I don't have to do the twist and flip, it helps mash down my tummy, it helps define my hips too.

Now, if I could find someone that thought I looked attractive enough in it, to want to unload me. LOL! Hug boob to boob. JodyAnn

My favourite bra? Now that's a very hard question to answer. I love all my bras! Well I go for the busty look so I need a good underwire bra. I love my Panache superbra's as they have fantastic support and look great. I also have some lovely bras made by Sorbet that are very pretty and smaller for a large cup size. But I guess my favourite would have to be my black "Natalie" bra. When I saw the name I just had to have one :D

with casual the standard dress code in work now, sport bra's are the way to go. if i am out running i don't want the girls bouncing around. If I have to dress up a standard maidenform from macy's.

Good news is that I have nothing serious going on. The blood was coming from internal hemorrhoids, and the doctor says it's from the "typical American diet." Too much fat and carbs but not enough plant based fiber. A few other things were noted and biopsies on them for safety sake.    Hospital visit was grand with "most" of the staff addressing me as female. I did have "bra talk" with one of the CNA's. Even my discharged papers use my preferred name on them (Birdie).   So basically, adding more fiber to my diet will eliminate my internal hemorrhoids as well as lower my risk for cancer.
