Personal Style

Well my style as I have discovered it is kind of basic, but I guess that comes from being a southern country girl (even though I live in OH now). I am a jeans girl at heart. Although I do have a couple of denim skirts I just don't wear them all that often because I am more comfortable in my jeans. Tops is a different story though, even though I wear t-shirts a good bit I also am always on the lookout for cute tops and as I transition more will wear more of them. I like heels, especially boots and ankle boots. I have a couple of 2" heeled ankle boots which I may start wearing more (especially to school) and am looking into getting a pair of moccasin boots and having heels added to them.

So I guess you could call my style sort of just regular but what can I say I am a country girl of 40. :D

OMG Sally Mama's Family that is to funny but somehow I don't think you will end up that way.

I also forget to mention that I have found that I like the larger earrings, hoops and dangling ones.

Did I already answer this thread?

I will again because... uh, I c-can ffff

I LIKE TO WEAR LABCOATS AND TIES

And suits and chains and pocketwatches and, er; glasses. oh hoh hoh many glasses. If I had the money/talent, I would be steampunk all the way (1800's high fashion mixed with sci-fi elements).

But I can't afford anything really sweet. And in the Texan summer, a labcoat leads to heatstroke.

Omg hehe, you remind me so much of this anime/JRPG character known as Naoto Shirogane. You even have a similar username. Are you sure you not cosplaying her instead?

As for my fashion sense I usually shop at American Eagle, A&F, and sometimes Hollister. Yey labels!

A lot of Steampunk stuff is all about DIY. Check some thrift stores for stuff (you'd be surprised) and look around on the internet - I know there's a lot of good tutorials floating around about how to make your own stuff.

LOL Kaylin! I hate to admit I never heard of Naoto Shirogane, I don't cosplay girls :c what is that character from?

My username is actually from Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro oh hoh. I wish I had the patience to DIY my own stuff (I've looked around) but yeah... I'm so lazy.

Sadly I haven't been able to afford new clothes for about a year, I'm stuck with a bunch of ill-fitting ladies clothing oh noez. >_>

I don't blame you for not knowing, but Persona 4 is really a underground gem (as is everything else Shin Megami Tensei creates). Well, onto the point, Naoto dresses like a guy, and her shadow (shadows are the 'true self') wear's a labcoat. So I just got a vague resemblance from your post. X_X

Lol spoilers, but

i dunno if i have much of a specific style. jeans and a tshirt work most of the time lol. i do like a more rock-inspired look though. so i wear a lot of dark colored t shirts/sweatshirts (and also those tattoo-ish desgins or shirts with guitars on them etc.) and a lot of jeans.

since i already have my ears pierced i think as a guy i wouldnt mind wearing earrings (or one earring...) cuz i know a lot of music artists i listen to do that and it looks pretty cool.

I dress in a blend of Gothic and Emo fashion. I also take a lot of influence from scene, visual kei, Koteosa, and metal fashion. I love tight jeans, camouflage, witty t-shirts, cool buttons, hats and fingerless gloves

I guess if you had to classify my style, it would be sorta normal leaning toward preppy. You know, khakis and jeans, polo or striped shirts. Normally wear sandals, since its impossible to find real shoes in anything over size 10 >_<

Although now that I'm being more myself, I can see myself branching out a little. I'd never go into any goth, scene, or emo stuff, for reasons that I'd rather not express here since I don't want to hurt peoples' feelings.

Time to get with your Primary Care doctor and be referred to a neurologist or an orthopedist.  It could be many things, too many for any of us here to guess at.

Other than the Boy Scout motto, oath, and law. I use two:   When asked how I'm doing? In all honesty I reply. I would have to make something up to complain. If asked to explain further: I reply. I know someone is having a tougher time than I am, and I pray God blesses them.   I also recite this quote that I have tagged in my signature: Courage, doesn't always roar. Sometimes it's the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, "I will try again tomorrow."-Unknown    Saying these things daily keep me motivated.   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

If this goes on, I am conceding the real possibility of being stopped in WM or somewhere by a concerned citizen who tells me, "Lady, God made you female.  I don't think you should be trying to look like a man. You need to return to your true gender and be comfortable living your life out as a woman."   Begin odd and awkward conversation.  I have been thinking about this this morning.

There are many MAGA GOP types who are not transphobes, of course. Some MAGA GOP types are transgender.

I'm hoping to read the next section today.  Many of the reforms they are calling for are good, such as expediting the military procurement process, and have nothing to do with transgender issues.

Good afternoon,    I have a young friend who is vegetarian and married to a full on meat eater. They have two areas of their grill clearly designated for their different cooking requirements. When she’s cooking she uses tongs or chopsticks to handle any meats. When he’s cooking he respects her request not to cook her meals on the side where meat has been. They get along fine and respect each other.    When she attends our house, she usually brings her own food, but knows I will clean my grill to meet her requirements. We love and respect her commitment to be vegetarian. I love that she trusts me to make her comfortable when visiting us. There are ways to make it work.    Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

I was going to call it Numbness, then I realised well.. it isn't. basically, yeah, it isn't.   this only happens to me sometimes. I'll be lying down and my legs will.. well, I guess lock?   If I straighten them out, they will unlock- when I roll over again, they will lock again. this lasts for around 10/ 15 minutes I guess   it's not pins and needles either

so, a close friend wants to cook for me   the issue is, she is a vegitarian and won't handle meat- I, on the other hand, won't handle vegetables- hate the things   every time she goes out to the shop, she comes back with something.. a cake, a fruit smoothie, a coffee, I won't eat any of it. please help me think of something that she could make for me that I'll actually eat   disclaimer: you are talking to the most pickiest eater in the world. good luck

I think there is some truth in this.  They intend to implement Project 2025, whether or not he spends his energies persecuting the Democrats who have been persecuting him (in his view, a debatable point) and does nothing else.   I have seen numerous accusations that the document is about "Trumpism", whatever that is, and is merely a vehicle for him to become dictator.  From what I have read so far, that is the same sort of truth as the Steele Dossier, denying the validity of a certain laptop, Schiff's non-existence evidence of collaboration and a host of other things, many directly from Biden, that are simply not true.   I will continue reading it.
