Online pharmacies?

I'm just getting started on T, and the pharmacy I'm using seems pretty expensive. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a cheap online pharmacy that is safe to use? I don't know much about these things, and not sure which ones are safe to use or how it works even. Do i have to have my doctor call or mail them my prescription or what? I assume the payment is using a credit or debit card, and I want to know which places are safe to use as far as payment goes. If anyone can help me out I would really appreciate it. I don't have any insurance. So, all of my medical expenses are paid 100% by me, any savings at all would be welcomed.

T is cheaper with online pharmacies but you have to be very very careful because T is also the most faked product out there according to some articles I've read. Be sure it is a pharmacy that requires a prescription - the others are particularly high risk. And then I would do a google search with the name of the pharmacy you choose and the word complaints or complaint. There are a number of sites that report complaints and evaluate online pharmacies. I would not feel comfortable recommending any one specifically because things can change. My pharmacy recently just vanished after being in business with a good reputation for many years. Took my money and other people's with it as well. It happens. I also know someone who ordered an anti-alcohol product with prescription through an online pharmacy and later discovered the product shipped was simply antacid. If something like that happens with your T it can be very hard to tell till your hormones fluctuate and you start feeling miserable and you have essentially thrown your money away

And because it is a controlled substance T can also be delayed in customs while they verify the prescription if you order from another country. Like delayed weeks at a time. In one case it was 5 months.

One of the compounding pharmacies just hit with a mold problem was a manufacturer of T and is recalling all products because of a danger that people can die from contaminated product. Think what the potential is if the pharmacy uses products from China or India or parts of Asia where the standards for export manufacture are pretty much non-existent. Just things to be aware of when ordering.

In the long run the time and risk may not be worth the savings. There are good pharmacies out there and hopefully you can find someone with a good recommendation. Many, many online pharmacies don't carry T because of the difficulties with the way it is regulated too.

I am curious how much it is costing you now.

The Mazzoni Center in Philadelpha used to recommend a compounding pharmacy Oregon for T and would send the perscriptions directly. Cost was $70 to $80 for enough for 20 weeks. So under $20 per month. More recently they refer clients to the Walgreens next door cause cost in the same and it is local.

Have you tried the Wal-mart pharmacy? Wal-mart I hear has extremely good prices of prescriptions. They also have a prescription savings plan.

NBC News just happened to have a story about online pharmacies today. A survey by Consumer Reports showed that overseas pharmacies are unregulated and the chances of not getting the real deal, or getting contaminated drugs, is very high. Mail order or online pharmacies in the U.S. are regulated by the FDA, and while that isn't a guarantee, I'll take those odds any day. Look for online sites that have the "VIPPS" seal, indicating that they've been inspected and certified by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy. Or use those associated with national chains, like Walmart or CVS. I would not trust any online pharmacy that would fill an order without a valid prescription.

In addition, most doctors or group practices use a preferred online pharmacy, so check with your doctor.

Well, after reading the posts here, I realized maybe it's not that pricy afterall and especially if there's that many risk possibilities just to save a few bucks. Also, after actually picking up the prescription & reading my reciept, I realized the majority of the cost wasn't the T itself but the needles & syringes, but it looks like there's enough of those in the bag to last a whole year or so LOL

April, that is def good advice. I have had some really bad experiences with a therapist in the past. She way violated my trust. That caused a massive amount of damage to every corner of my life. Truthfully, because of that i have alot of deep seeded trust issues. I'm not sure i could ever go back to therapy. You are of coarse right, therapy would help, suppose its a matter of finding the right one and learning how to trust again.

I look for purses with a shoulder strop that goes across the body. I also like many pockets. But one purse is not enough. I like purses that are artistic and make a statement about my personality. It doesn't have to be flamboyant, but matches my character. I also need a purse when I want to blend in and not be noticed so easily. One that won't draw attention to me when I don't desire it.

What if a social media platform giant, (we all know its name) on devices we own, is held responsible for creating rules to intentionally target our community? for political reasons?

Well just got back back from a visit to our oldest and family. It was nice having my granddaughter snuggle up to me on the couch. Gave me a big hug when we went over yesterday. Spent all day yesterday with them.  I envy my granddaughter, being able to grow up a girl. Something I wish I got to do.    Hugs, Kymmie

I hope our members from the Mid-South are doing OK today.  A lot of places had a real disaster overnight.  Tornadoes dropped all over, through Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, and Tennessee.  Lots of damage, and many people missing.  Pray for those involved, and that there won't be another wave of it tonight.   My county was spared almost all of it, but a neighboring county was hit hard.  Our Defense personnel were mobilized this morning to assist with access control, because all their local LEOs are needed for search and rescue.  No idea of how many are injured and missing, but there have been several deaths.  We may not know for weeks.  Rural areas here have a lot of shacks and trailer houses, and most people were asleep because it hit at the worst time - early morning on a Sunday during a holiday weekend.  Tornado hit a retirement home, and lots of elderly folks were hurt bad.  There was no forecast for this, and little if any warning.      Electrical outage is widespread, and it has been followed by a really hot, humid day.  Heat index is around 115 - it's killer heat.  I went out with my husband this morning, since everybody with a CDL was needed for a convoy.  I'm back home now, since I only got a couple of hours of sleep last night.  He'll probably be there overnight, and GF is there also helping with mechanical issues.  They've converted a big Baptist church into a community shelter for people who have lost their homes, and set up a generator and AC.  I'll probably go back tomorrow to help some more, as they're working on setting up a kitchen...nobody wants to eat MRE's forever.    They're getting no help from the state at all yet.  Governor didn't bother to declare an emergency until this afternoon!   The National Guard hasn't been activated either.  If it wasn't for Defense personnel, there'd be gawkers and looters. Its ridiculous, like only the cities matter.  Two rural towns literally no longer exist - its like a bulldozer a half-mile wide went through.  I've seen tornado damage before, but this is the worst.  Its just heartbreaking to look at it.
