Just got my new swimdress in the mail today and it fit beautifully. The first swimsuit that I ordered, I had to send it back as the torso length was too short. I ordered this one in two sizes larger and it fit perfect. It's a solid light blue with a fitted skirt and a built in bra for support and built in tummy control.

How many of you got a new swimsuit this year that looks awesome on you and you are dying to wear it at the pool, beach or hot tub, What color is your new suit. Describe it. Kathryn

I got a new 2 piece. Top a tankini from Lands End in a black and dark blue print with built in shelf pocket bra. The bottom is a short skirt panty combination in black. I love it and we'll see if i get a chance for a swim this summer other than in our pond out back and i have to shower after swimming in it. It's far from an intwincy windy tinny weenie yellow poco dot bikini but i'm still a little shy.

I bought several swimsuits this year, a two-piece yellow bikini and two one-pieces; or maybe it was two two-piece bikinis and one one-piece. I tell you what, I will take a picture of them tonight and post them so you can see them tomorrow.

Megan I love your swimsuits, they are very sexy looking. The style of the blue one appeals to me, but my shoulders are too broad to pull it off well I'm afraid! :(

The place everyone goes if they are looking for something..Ebay...Most people would be shocked what can be found on Ebay. Anytime I can not find what I am looking for it can usually be found on ebay.. And its an awesome way to window shop..hehe...

I still have the one piece swimdress from several years ago. It's various shades of blue and green with blue/green tropical flowers. High neck line so you can wear it with a bra and forms. Swimdress to conceal what's down there and partly hide my thunder thighs.

OHHH Those are so Cute... I might have to go and order one of those..If I can figure out the sizing.

I can't show pictures of my Normal swimsuit since I have never bought one. Usually Cutoffs and a T-Shirt

Well you have a few options on doing that. You can upload them to a site like photobucket and or upload them to the gallery on this site. After the pictures are on the Internet all that needs done is posting the link to the pictures address..

Megan I have been able to get one swimwear photo onto the gallery, but each time I attempt to download another picture I get a message that says it is too large. I have noticed that others are having the same problem. What are we doing wrong that keeps us from downloading our pictures even though the photo isn't too large?

Try using Photobucket then Post the img Link.. That will embed it into the post

Forgive my ignorance, but what is "Photobucket" and how do I access it?

Just go to www.photobucket.com and set up an account.. Then you can upload photos and share them wherever you want. Once set up there is instructions on how to use. Its very easy though. Just drag and drop your photos into the upload window then PB will create a Code that you can copy and you just paste that code in your post and it automatically links the photo in you post.

Well, I'm more than a day late and a few dollars short, but I think I have been able to upload my summer swimwear. As you can see, I'm not very computer literate. :(

You know, I actually posted a link so I don't know how the picture posted directly to this thread. I also thought the link had all three photos reflecting all four swim suites; oops! Oh well, guess I'll get better over time. :)

      Accidents happen.  So do heat-of-the-moment murders, without premeditation or trans-related hate.  It will take a trial to really figure it out.     One thing we can see from this is that it is people in our circles of acquaintances, friends, and partners who are the ones who usually hurt us.  Not someone random. We have to be careful who we trust.

      Friday May 17th is IDAHOBIT (International Day Against HOmophobia, BIphobia and Transphobia).   Do you acknowledge or celebrate it? Do you do anything special for it, like taking part in any organized events or activities?   I'm not an activist and I prefer to fly under the radar, but I am slowly becoming aware of important dates. I have been aware of the date of IDAHOBIT for a few weeks now, but other important 'rainbow' dates have not been etched into my brain yet.    I will wear my favorite pride t-shirt as a token acknowledgement of the day, but it probably won't be seen; cool weather here will mean that it will be hidden under a sweater.

      Hello & welcome, giz! Your post makes me remember how excited I was to join here too. I also had queer friends at the time I joined, but any of my trans friends lived a long distance away. So most local queer friends are gay & I felt uncomfortable coming out to them bc I couldn't assume they'd understand genderqueerness. So it was a thrill to join here and immediately have access to do many wonderful, genuine, kind & thoughtful friends-to-be.   Are you saying you're concerned that if you come out to your queer friends that somehow your parents will find out?     My love, I just want to affirm that that's not a weird dysphoria. It's just dysphoria. And we definitely get it. You're in good company here!     Look forward to seeing you around here & getting to know you. I shoot for androgynous appearance as well, leaning towards masculine.   Hope you're having a splendid day!

      Funny.....   The day-centre transportation director told me yesterday morning that I was to receive an award, my picture on the website, etc... for having won the billiards tournament (I knew better).   Later that afternoon he returns to "shake my hand" and tell me, "thanks for participating."   I could have told him that was all I would receive earlier. I'm not well liked by management.
