"The Switch" Tricking my parents "Shoes"

Ok I need help. So far I was able to convince my parents that it's okay for guys to wear girl jeans because they SEE that boys wearing skinny jeans. Now I want to slowly convince them the shoes I want are for "men". Only problem is I don't know where to get them! For example

The Switch

-Uggs.

1. Trying to find uggs for men.

2. If i can find it I'll buy it

3. Buy uggs for girls

4. Show them my receipt it says "men" uggs. This'll be proof that uggs are for men. Lol!

5. Return those men uggs.

6. Keep girl uggs ;D

Any shoes work except super high heels. I REALLY doubt they'd believe that. LOL!

So....Anyways anyone know where to buy men uggs and other types of shoes?

It would be appreciated if you could help me

-Shoes that are fashionable to tenens

-Link/ or what the store is called if you know the shoes names.

-What the shoe is called. Ex: So far the only girly shoes I can think of is uggs and combat boots (Anymore would help)

Hmm here's a few ideas

Vans are a good choice and Converse in particular make loads of unisex ones it even says that on the labels inside of my pink oxford ones

Dr Martens do loads of different styles some girlie some less so

New Rock but they are really Gothy/Punky/Rocky

Uggs are, umm ugly! I can't stand those things! I was thinking that today when I was checking out what some girls were wearing.

I do the Converse and other Gothy/Punky/Rocky looks. I'm looking for some nice unisex biker boots.

Agree, Uggs are nasty! But that is me, I think they look clunky and make feet appear huge. As well as just being sloppy. I would say Oxfords, a mens classic that has womens versions. They look really cute if you want, or sexy classy too. Flat versions and heeled versions. Being a masculine inspired shoe, they pair great with feminine clothes best. Plenty of guys I see in Toms, mostly the girls wearing them. they look the same either way. Girls just choose pretty colors or patterns.

Mules, clogs, flip flops are equally unisex. Loafers too, though I have not seen many guys wear them since I was in public school in the 80's. Crocs look the same male or female. Plenty of hiking shoes and runners are unisex. Can probably find some nice runners with the hidden wedge heel in a 1 - 1.5" range. There are plenty of mens knee high boots in styles similar to classic womens riding boots. Also lots of cowboy boots are unisex.

I started out wearing women's ankle boots with low heels. They look very much like men's ankle boots. Just be sure not to get styles with metal buckles and such. It fooled my wife and no one at work gave them a second look, except to admire them.

I saw a girl with Crocs the other day and it reminded me of how much I liked my clogs back when I was in high school. I'll have to get some again.

I wears lots of mules which are definitely wearable by both gender. You can get a slightly higher heel and it makes them more feminine or just be practical (maybe a bit boring) and be comfortable.

One suggestion i can give is a chefs clog. They are the same material as Crocks, but have a closed toe, they are EXTREMELY gender neutral, and top it all off they are extremely comfortable...hell if my job didn't require steel toe boots i would wear them at work because you can stand all day and your feet will never hurt. Plus with them being made for kitchens snow and ice will never be the slickery mess that they can be with other shoes or boots.
