We Need Your Help at First Event 2014 January 24th and 25th in Peabody Massachusetts

WE NEED YOU Jan 24th and 25th for the Premier Trans* Conference of the New England Area! First Event in Peabody Massachuessetts is bigger this year and we are in great need of volunteers. We need room monitors, bus monitors, registration runners and much more to help in making our conference great! You can make a difference. Our registration is up quite a bit this year and we need extra help.

You can sign up via our web form as a volunteer and get a ride to and from Fenway and South Station. Deadline is Jan 19th. Please Hurry! You get in for free and it is an educational experience! Registrants of the conference can also qualify for the free bus rides, but you must register by January 19th because we really need a head count to determine our bus needs.

As a far southern west coaster, I am a little bit out of the chance of getting there this late in things, but I had thought of being with them and will have people I know from other MAJOR TG conferences going and being with First Event. As I said, too late for me this year, but maybe----

I would encourage any of you, especially newer self discoverers on the northern east coast to go and take part in this activity. Being with others who are like yourselves is an experience like no other.

I was wondering if anyone from this site was planning on attending First Event this year. It will be in Waltham, Massachusetts this time. I will be attending on Saturday and it would be nice to meet up with some members of the Laura's Playground community. Best Regards.....KC
