At least she got sent to a women's prison. I would be interested in the rationale, given that an official stated that if her genitals were male, incarcerating her in a men's prison was "Ontario law."

Cabin fever brought on by a prolonged cold spell! Unfortunately the Jersey shore is frozen as well so Canadians lack an escape to our "warmer " climes.

After spending some time with someone from the UK this past week, perhaps she should look into getting surgery on Canada's dime, if that thing interests her. The surgeons and doctors may be a bit better. No reason not to try to turn a bit of lawlessness in to lemonade!

Usually it's a good idea, especially when dealing with a foreign country, to follow their rules. She's very lucky it wasn't some place in the Middle East.
