Years ago, long before HRT I tried Nair on my legs and I'll never use it again. Used as directed it was harsh on my skin, and the stuff really smells bad, the hair was gone but it was'nt worth putting up with the smell and the minor rash....

There are many different products and methods to remove body hair. Nair is a temp solution for some people. I've used it on occasion. The current version is still not the best smelling, but they have some that are less harsh on sensitive skin.

It's best to experiment and find what works for you.

I recommend epilating. It takes some getting used to, but the end results are preferable. It's a one time purchase and you're not burning yourself with chemicals.

Nair is ok but its so short term. I thinking of trying the epilating.
