Thank you for that link there that is going in an e-mail to another group I am connected with, and for the date which is going on my calendar that is so far free for that date. Takes the Metro Gold Line to the Metro Red Line and two blocks of walking for me to get out to McCadden Place in Hollywood so I will not have parking issues thank heaven. That sounds fun.

Vicky, I noticed that there isn't anything on the LAGLC web site yet about the event (at least that I could find), but I'm sure it will be as the date nears. I think it is actually a two-day event, starting on the 13th. I don't have a schedule of activities yet, but will post one as soon as I get it.

You girls on the wrong coast have such fun. Not that i get out to our local events. I have no desire to ruffle my spouses feathers by attending events without her and she isn't interested. i guess just being accepted as me is an amazingly good compromise.
