Ladies,

Have you found that as your transition progresses or the more time you spend as a woman, the less spectacular a woman's chest becomes? Before I began transition I was fixated with a woman's chest. But now that I have breasts of my own, I'm slowly seeing what's so great about them and coming down to the thought of "what's the big deal? they're only breasts!?"

They're not as sexy and alluring as they used to be, and I think it's because I have my own and have to put up with them just like every other woman in this world has to put up with hers and how they don't always behave or sit where you want, etc..etc..etc..

Anyone else?

I actually feel the same way sweety about the sexy or alluring part, I would however still like mine to be bigger none the less! :D

It could be a result from HRT or perhaps simply a placebo effect type of thing. Nothing has changed for me. There are still sexy and attractive to me.

Well Lizzie I am not on HRT, but they were never important to me..the smaller the better....I alway have been attracted to the lower parts of the anatomy....nice legs...a tight bum and the other desirable parts of womanhood.......So what does that mean ?......maybe appreciating women for what they are..not some Hugh Hefner appointed important body bumps.....shamlessy in love with the female body......mine and my wife's.....she wins..and that's fine..... :P ........Mia

I have not started on HRT yet (that is not news to anyone here) but I have noticed a shift in my perceptions.

On a recent wedding a rather well endowed woman came bouncing across the dance floor and I could see my assistant doing the Tex Avery Eye pop and Tongue roll out accompanied by the heart puonding out of the thorax.

I just noticed how poorly her dress fitted, I mean shouldn't they have been underneath the fabric?

Love ya,

Sally

Hmmm

I dunno.

lookin from the other side of the fence

I spent the majority of my life as a "derier-o-logist"(a fact that I'm sure has been covered before on this board :P) but in the last year or two (so I can't blame T cuz I wasn't on it then) I became "inclusive" of the bjooobies in my drooling appreciation. HOWEVER, I do have to say that since T it has become "emphatically" clear the uhhhh "erotic satisfactions" associated with a woman having those. (**tries not to have the "thorax pounding" response described by Sally while thinking of them) so I dunno.

I like to stare at girls breasts if their big and perky. I don't care if their fake lol.

You shouldn't, Zabrak. Doctor's make better lookin' breast than God...well, they're certainly more consistant, anywho. :D

The fixation is gone, but I am still early enough in the HRT to really enjoy their evolution. Just that I realize why women cross there arms across their chest all the time. And my hugs with other women have taken on another dimension, not to mention with men!

Such a female thing now, not so feminine as female, in my mind, those two girls. We go through life now and they do seem to have a mind of their own, going right to left when I am left to right - up and down when I am down and up - and the strangest? One one way, one the other!

And a new way of holding yourself or your back starts hurting. I now know a woman jutting her chest out is trying to get her back muscles to realign.

Interesting new world.

Well I don't have any of my own really yet but I do have my forms and I wear them as much as possible. I have learned having "the girls" there on the chest does make for rethinking how I do things (which is cool). I for one though still like to appreciate breasts. That may be because I'm not on HRT yet butI doubt it because I was always a breast person, but I also do truly love all of the female body (probably a good thing I am more of a lesbian leaning bisexual ;) ). Oh well I have noticed that I notice more of how tops and dresses fit other ladies now than just what size their breasts are.

As a MTF bisexual androgyne I like everything and I love nice breasts. I would love to have my own but it's probably not in the cards, at least for a while. I work out a lot and have developed mine and even have cleavage but they are all muscle  - cup size A. I have forms that I wear a lot and love them. One day I want real ones!! :) I'm always looking at women and wishing I had breasts.

Amen to that! I don't care if my guy friends think fake ones are gross, I'm getting them for me, not them!

and Lizzy #1, mine tend to want to sink down and hide. Even with some padding I find myself having to lift them back up especially if I'm wearing a low cut top and wanted to use them to my advantage.

Heh, I'm also looking from the other side. But I went from preferring girls to preferring guys. So to me boobs have pretty much lost any attraction they might have held.

Not even on T, seems that the person I imagined up just happened to be a lesbian. XD

Hm. Should be interesting when my Mom find outs. I think one of the things that might have maybe made her not hate my being trans so much would be the fact that then I would be straight. Whoops. >_>

Lizzie, I had to laugh when I first saw your post. I understand entirely. However....

For looking from the other side of the fence, previously without hormones, I really liked them. But now with hormones, it's like going from amateur to professional status. They are the greatest things since coffee. And I'm a huge coffee drinker.

Nope! Last time I was at Hooter's, I know well what I was looking at.

For me, I think I'm becoming more and more aware how much I like girls. I could never be satisfied with my own too :3... I thought about it, and my ex gf who identifies as lesbian was kinda similar to how I look at my own body. I guess for some gay folks, they grow tendency to be more critical to your own body :D

On the other hand, I'm catching myself...blushing whenever i look at a cute guy with slender six packs now....especially if they smile to me.

Hi Lizzie,

Maybe it is my age, I am not sure. Maybe it is because, I spend so much of the day being and looking feminine (to be honest, I have not thought about this before). I don't think about women's breasts at all. I interact with women as my friends, and I simply don't notice their breasts in particular. I do notice if they are wearing a nice outfit that compliments them, but I don't remember noticing anything specific about their breasts.

I'm just old, I guess.

See, me too! and when I'm incognito around guys they'll all say things like "did you see the rack on that one?" and I'm sitting there thinking, "um, no. "

You know what I notice now? Shoes. and I notice when I look at another woman I give her the up-and-down once over glance.

But there was that time when I would always look or glance at a woman's chest. Now, not so much. Unless they're enormous and you think "my goodness, girl, I'm mailing a sympathy card to your shoulders and back!"

I don't know maybe you're right. I was standing at my job recently while the building was being cleared watching the women leaving noticing how they were dressed , hair styles and shoes.. Anyway there was this women who had these great shoes. She kept changing her stance and walking back and forth. I was thinking wow those shoes are hot. I wonder where she got them when a male coworker came up behind me and said Great legs on that one. I hadn't even noticed her legs.

I try to avoid shopping until I drop, but my weaknesses are purses, I would have to be dragged out of the stores while still clinging onto the purse rack lol

I could not agree more or be more appreciative of this. As one who has come out to only a few people, here I can truly be myself with little fear of inadvertent exposure. Having that ability has helped me to find myself and to gain confidence in expressing my true self. It has helped me to love myself, something I could never do before.

As far as things being lost on the Web, accidents happen, Just here alone, I have 20,825 posts showing in my number count, but probably only 19K of them are still actually here to view.  There was a change to a new server a number of years ago, and a segment of the data base they were in became locked and could not be transferred to the new drive in the servers we use now.  Why or how that segment of the data base became locked has not been figured out in the time since but at least we know what happened and it was not intentional or aimed at a single element of behavior here.  Data accidents happen with not one single person really responsible for them or for that matter even the computer itself.  Frustrating as all get out when it happens, but it does happen.  Some other electronics I work on as a hobby had their similar problems here a couple days ago because of the Solar Flares, and power outages or dips in voltage can make electronic life miserable.

This is very true, Jani.  The original owner of this site, Laura, and her chief assistants, developed our community rules more than 15 years ago.  They have been modified many times, to take into account changing tastes, mores, technical issues and legal issues.  Sites such as TikTok and X didn't exist then.  Our naughty word filter, as just one example, has been modified many, many times.   On this site, as on most private sites, in order to become a member one must agree to the T's & C's and abide by, in our case, the "Community Rules."  If you seriously violate those rules your membership can be terminated.  So, yes, freedom of speech here is restricted.  Some sites are lax about enforcement, but that has never been the case here.  We guard the safety of members, and your emotional comfort, zealously.  We aren't perfect and sometimes let things get out of hand, or we go too far with restrictions, but those instances are uncommon (IMO).   Every site has different standards.  Luckily, for every interest there are numerous sites and it's usually easy to find one that fits your needs and temperament.  When it comes to the Internet, one size does not fit all.   Thanks for your question, @Ladypcnj.   Carolyn Marie

If I take time to type something up which I find personally important or impactful, I will first type it on a Word document or on the notes app on my phone and save it before sharing it online if the intention of the writing was to be shared in that way. Indeed, it is extremely frustrating for that sort of work to vanish when it was an emotional experience to have recounted and written it. But if it does happen, my advice would be to try to focus on having had the personal catharsis of transforming the thoughts into words. Even if the writing has vanished, your intention was acted out. You cannot control the results, whether it disappeared or not. So we can try our best to focus on gratitude for having been able to express what was expressed in the way it was expressed, rather than disappointment over it not bearing the fruit we expected it to. From a higher point of view, all things of this world are non-permanent. So when something like that happens, at best we can view it as an opportunity to practice mitigating grief over non-permanence of all things. All this is easily said - I acknowledge it is challenging. But without challenge, we do not grow.   As far as freedom of speech is concerned, my view is that implicit in freedom of speech is duty in exercising that freedom responsibly. That means applying ethics to speech. One may ask, "whose ethics?" which is a valid question. The answer is, your ethics. If you wish to participate in a community with a specific code of rules or ethics, it is up to you to use your art and skill to express yourself within that framework. Of course in certain contexts it becomes imperative to speak up, breaking the rules - blowing whistles as it were. But that likewise should be done skillfully as much as possible. If one feels unduly constrained within a community ethical framework, one may also exercise their freedom to not participate in that community. It is a balance, like anything else in life. There is no ethical framework which is ideal because this is not an ideal world. So, tldr; do your best and make good decisions.

As a private platform the owner can limit what is said on this space.   I'm sure someone with more authority and/or insight into this issue will chime in. Jani   “A few narrow categories of speech are not protected from government restrictions. The main such categories are incitement, defamation, fraud, obscenity, child pornography, fighting words, and threats. As the Supreme Court held in Brandenburg v. Ohio (1969)   The Freedom of Speech is one of the most essential tenants of American democracy, yet that right is not absolute. The First Amendment prohibits States from passing laws that “abridge the Freedom of Speech.” Thus, because Platforms are private businesses, individuals cannot use the First Amendment to pursue recourse against censorship on a private platform.”

I've heard of this being done.  It seems like a good idea, I mean the gas is already there.  I don't see why it couldn't be done on a larger scale.  The technology already exists.  I expect the problem would be coordinating it all, and who does that.  We're all so determined to protect our own turf, myself included.

Good morning   my body and my mind kept waking me up saying hey aren’t you supposed to be getting up now since about 4am. I finally got up at 8:20 to get ready for my 10am shift.  I guess your wake up system gets into a habit and doesn’t like change.off tomorrow, then work Memorial day.    We got rain and a bit of thunder last night. Nothing too bad, unlike the poor people in the Midwest. They are really getting hammered with tornadoes this spring.  I suppose we’ll get ours later on.  It’s supposed to be a bad hurricane season and we haven’t had a really bad one in quite a few years.  The worst I’ve seen was a Cat 3 when the eye went right over us.     I stayed and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it might be but a 5? Now that’s another story.  I really don’t know how these condos will hold up to a bad hurricane.  Yes there is bracing throughout but how well was any of it installed?  Only the tradesmen plumbing electricians finish craftsmen spoke English the rest were all Hispanic and different emigrants worked together on different parts of the buildings.  One group did the framing and sheathing another different crew the roof, another the windows and so on.  Each building is 4 stories 18 units.  On the bottom we have four units with double walls but the top two are 5 each and no double walls.    @Mirrabooka I didn’t see many Reds, Roos or grasshoppers when I was in Australia.  I was mostly in Tasmania where they are mostly Wallabies.  My wife got to hold a young Tazzy Devil and a Koala Bear and I’ve held a wombat.  An emu got the best of my wife stealing all the food she had.   time to get ready for my day   Willow
