Just got some size 13 wide womens shoes that fit.

Been looking for a long time and the only ones I could find were online and buying anything online especially clothing just sounds like a bad idea.

Must admit I have bought a dress and some boots off amazon and although they fit, their a little tight and the dress needs a slip because the materials so thin.

I went online to payless shoes and several others and found some at payless that were a good price and were in stock in near by stores.

So. was a nice day and I jumped on my bike ( 1100 honda shadow yes girls can ride bikes ) and drove 30 miles to the store.

I found 3 pairs of size 13 womens shoes must be for big girls or me but who cares. they fit and the price wasn't bad so I bought them.

! pair of flats........ 1 pair of purple ( wanted pink ) tennie shoes and bought pink shoe lases for them and a pair of real sexy black high heals ( about 1 1/2 inch heals ) Im 6'1" but love heals so much and WANTED SOME.....

I was in guy mode as I dont go out much dressed cuz Im a man in a dress at this point and just cant do that.

The lady at the store asked if she could help me several times and I said NO, Im OK Thanks. But I knew Id have to deal directly with her when I checked out. This scared me some but knew I wanted the shoes and this was the only local place I found my size so Id have to bite the bullet and stand face to face with her at some point.

I took forever ( now I know why girls take so long shopping for clothes )

Gathered up my treasures and headed for the check out.

Keeping my head down a lot I handed her the shoes and let her ring them up. ( oh gawd, she just had to open each box and check them )

Payless has a buy one get one 1/2 price and the 3rd pair was regular price but was on sale so it wasn't bad.

For about $45.00 I got 3 pairs of ladies shoes. OMG thats the best deal I've gotten for any womans stuff. And they fit.

Anyway. No giggles, weird comments or Hey these are ladies shoes guy. She just rang them up . collected the money and asked if I wanted to give my email address for promotions.

I had the BIGGEST grin on my face as I left the store. WOOOOHOOOOO I got shoes I got shoes.

My worst fears never came up and it felt good. I got 3 pairs of nice shoes and they fit and I had a nice spring ride on my bike.

It was an awesome day.

Wearing my mom's heels was where I got my start. I'm only 5'7" and a size 10 in women's shoes. Being your size does pose a bigger challenge. I can sometimes find 10's at the thrift shops. I've bought bargain shoes online but they didn't last as long as I had hoped they would. Yes, your worse fears don't seem to materialize. Your checkout anxiety reminds me of when I bought my first bra in guy mode. That was before I had experience as a cashier myself. Then you're just concerned about doing your job and keeping your job. Creating a fuss or upseting a customer, especially a valuable one like you. They were probably thinking, "Thank God, we finally got rid of those! On the other hand maybe we should get some for when this customer comes back."

Your spelling "heels" as "heals" seems to be not a misspelling, the heels can be healing.

I have also found Payless to be a good source of shoes that fit. They have to be in an area where there are African American women who tend to have large feet. One day i was shopping in a local city at Payless and trying some shoes on when a lovely African American woman who was bigger than me came into the isle to do the same. We had a great chat. She laughed when i thanked her for having big feet. We both know how hard it is to find a woman's shoe in the 13+ range. Payless has a reasonable selection at a good price but i have also found that they don't hold up as well as other shoes i've purchased. If you need that nice pair of heels for a certain dress it's perfect.

Hugs,

Charlize

My niece is as tall as me, skinny as a rail and has size fourteen feet. So it's common enough for genetic women. I'm 11w or 12 regular depending on the shoes.

I love Payless! My very own first woman's shoes came from there. I saw them and was obsessed with them. I told my Ex about them in bed. She laughed said "They're yours" we got right up and went shopping. She kept the gal busy while I tried them on. I was over the moon, left them on the stool, she saw me went and picked them up and paid for them. I love those silver sandals that made me feel like a princess. I wore them out, but still have them. I repaired them so many times they look like hell. I think I want to have them bronzed!

I also took my kids shopping there with my parents. I was out to them but still en fem as an aging rock star type. I saw a pair of pink and purple six inch platform stilettos that were a return. I nearly cracked my wrist snapping them up. MINE!! I raced to the register to pay the nine dollars. My parents wigged but they needed to get used to their new daughter anyway.

These days I only have one problem with Payless, I need to grow four feet as I always find two pair, can't decide which I like better and want to wear both pairs out of the store. I hope others here are just as addicted. LOL Hug. JodyAnn

And I thought I was queen of the girly shoes shopping. But you cheated, you had your wife buy them the first time I had to do it myself. nanner nanner

Size 14 feet uggggh ronald mcdonald doesn't even have that big of feet poor girl.

I can just see you prancing around in those beat up silver sandals.

I love those stilettos but don't think I could wear them many places, Im already 6'1" and am afraid of heights uggggggh

Maybe if I stood in a trench I could get away with it

Yeah, I wanted to wear all 3 pair out of the store but didnt think the heels would do so well shifting my motorcycle so I had to wait till I got home to wear them.

I feel pretty so pretty

I noticed that Payless online only goes up to a size 13. I require a ridiculous size 15!!! JodyAnn, might I ask where your niece finds size 14 shoes?

I've found that for Size 15, I'm limited entirely to online stores. Most of the size 15s are ... uhm... fetish looking shoes. I did find some canvass shoes and a pair of sandals recently, but the cost of these shoes is horrifying to my budget. $80 for a pair of sandals!?!!? I don't mind shoes being a bit risque, but it's hard to find them with heels less than 4 inches. I already stand 6'4"!!!! I decided to go for it with a pair today that are 5 1/2". I joked with my friend about how ridiculously tall I'll be, but she thinks I'll just look like a super model... unless I topple over, then it's going to hurt falling from that height!

I just got the boots I ordered on line today. I've had some not so good experiences that way. It's better to be able to try stuff on first, but I think that I made a good choice. They're black with rhinestone flower designs and pointy toes. I feel like dancing in them. :D

I fit in wife's shoes, so haven't gotten my own so far. Size 11 isn't great, but size 13....that must be rough finding something to match the outfit sometimes.

Also why is it so hard to find half sizes after women's size 9.5 ??

I can wear a 10 in a sandal type shoe but need 11 for closed toe pumps.

I really need 10.5 and 11.5 for a perfect fit but finding any shoe in those half

sizes is like finding a unicorn !! :(

Not sure.  The perp is a minor.  The problem here is NOT transgender, the problem here is incompetent and criminal administration.  See https://www.nbcwashington.com/news/local/family-of-loudoun-co-student-sexually-assaulted-ineptitude-of-all-involved-is-staggering/3231725/ It is more than annoying that people think the problem here is TG and that other people think the solution is some stupid statewide law.  Like an appendectomy to deal with an ingrown toe nail.    Since Loudon, I recall a boy was asked not to use the girl's restroom at a high school by one of the girls.  He, overwhelming her with height and weight,  assaulted her, claiming he had a right to be there.   Later I think eight girls beat him severely in another girl's restroom.  Again the problem is not transgender, the problem is assaults in restrooms and common courtesy.  TG is used as a smokescreen and it seems to paralyze thought among administrators who do not want to do anything to provoke controversy.

Time to get with your Primary Care doctor and be referred to a neurologist or an orthopedist.  It could be many things, too many for any of us here to guess at.

Other than the Boy Scout motto, oath, and law. I use two:   When asked how I'm doing? In all honesty I reply. I would have to make something up to complain. If asked to explain further: I reply. I know someone is having a tougher time than I am, and I pray God blesses them.   I also recite this quote that I have tagged in my signature: Courage, doesn't always roar. Sometimes it's the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, "I will try again tomorrow."-Unknown    Saying these things daily keep me motivated.   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

If this goes on, I am conceding the real possibility of being stopped in WM or somewhere by a concerned citizen who tells me, "Lady, God made you female.  I don't think you should be trying to look like a man. You need to return to your true gender and be comfortable living your life out as a woman."   Begin odd and awkward conversation.  I have been thinking about this this morning.

There are many MAGA GOP types who are not transphobes, of course. Some MAGA GOP types are transgender.

I'm hoping to read the next section today.  Many of the reforms they are calling for are good, such as expediting the military procurement process, and have nothing to do with transgender issues.

Good afternoon,    I have a young friend who is vegetarian and married to a full on meat eater. They have two areas of their grill clearly designated for their different cooking requirements. When she’s cooking she uses tongs or chopsticks to handle any meats. When he’s cooking he respects her request not to cook her meals on the side where meat has been. They get along fine and respect each other.    When she attends our house, she usually brings her own food, but knows I will clean my grill to meet her requirements. We love and respect her commitment to be vegetarian. I love that she trusts me to make her comfortable when visiting us. There are ways to make it work.    Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

I was going to call it Numbness, then I realised well.. it isn't. basically, yeah, it isn't.   this only happens to me sometimes. I'll be lying down and my legs will.. well, I guess lock?   If I straighten them out, they will unlock- when I roll over again, they will lock again. this lasts for around 10/ 15 minutes I guess   it's not pins and needles either

so, a close friend wants to cook for me   the issue is, she is a vegitarian and won't handle meat- I, on the other hand, won't handle vegetables- hate the things   every time she goes out to the shop, she comes back with something.. a cake, a fruit smoothie, a coffee, I won't eat any of it. please help me think of something that she could make for me that I'll actually eat   disclaimer: you are talking to the most pickiest eater in the world. good luck
