Hi All,I am sad & depressed. I feel like a man trapped in woman's body .I knew it all these yrs from the start . I was forced to marry and i have 1 daughter but i came out 3 yrs back to my family and husband ,daughter too . When i left him major task was finding a job becoz I was not working all these years and all this gap created a problem for me . I am still looking for job to support myself . Now I am in relationship with a woman and she knows how i feel but the saddest part is we are far apart She is in Europe and I cant go and live in her country becoz of visa rules & regulations .I want to be with her and she cant live in my country becoz its a CRIMINAL OFFENCE in my country . I cant breathe .I just wish we can make a country of our own where people like us can live in peace and love will be all around where no hatred or violence against us . We are all already suffering from all these issues .Well I know reality is totally different from dreams. I would like to thank all the people who are here to help us .

We are fortunate in the US at this point but even here things are much better in some areas than others. It does seem things are improving very slowly through much of the world. Best of luck with your job hunt.

I have also found help here sharing with others who are living through many of the problems i know too well. Being with others who feel as you do can be very helpful. Try to be strong and you'll get through each day. Hopefully some dreams will also come true.

Hugs,

Charlize

I am sad for your situation, Gemini. But things change, and situations change. Hopefully you will find work soon, and can rebuild your life and find solutions to your problems. Perhaps some day you will emigrate and find the happiness and the transition you seek. In the meantime, we will be here to support you and listen and offer what hope we can.

HUGS

My thoughts are with you Gemini and I hope one day soon the opportunities you need will open up for you..

The world is changing rapidly for us in many places and hopefully those changes will ripple out to where you live as well or you can find a way to move to where they have already happened

Thanks JJ for your kind words but knowing Indians and their mentality is difficult to bring changes for another 50 yrs for sure.

There is a large Indian population in my area of NJ. I was at a grocery store buying kubuli chana, masoor dal and brown rice yesterday. It is interesting that while shopping there this winter i was approached by a handsome young Indian man who asked me what gender i was. That was one of the only places anyone has "read" me or perhaps one of the only where i would be asked. I know that there is a long 'accepted' tradition of MTF in India; pity it doesn't work both ways.

If you ever decide to immigrate NJ might be a good state for you to feel a bit more at home in.

Charlize

Thanks Charlize .But it is not easy to get US visa for Indian nationals . I am happy that Supreme Court makes Same-Sex marriage legalized nationwide in U.S .
