A Week in Devon

Hi everyone

Just thought I would give a quick update on the last week or so as I have not been online at all.

I have just been on annual vacation and have spent it with my partner in sunny Devon on the South Coast of England. When I go away I like to take a bit of a break from technology as well, so no computer and mostly resorting to local public transport so getting some of the local flavour (although being a very touristy area 'spot the local' can be an alternative to 'I spy' lol).

Getting to the main points as regards Laura's, it is a time when I can be somewhat more open in dress as there are no permanent neighbours to worry about. As such I was able to dress feminine and be more myself all week. Except for the socks on one occasion and (unisex) shoes no male clothing at all. To me it is more a question of comfort - I love the soft clothes and tend to live in leggings these days when practical!

I did find however realise that, although feminine was straightforward, fully girly female is something else again. Perhaps mainly down to confidence and the fact that I was with my partner, although she says she is not so concerned when outside of our home area, but the girly dress stayed in the wardrobe . It may also be that I have found my natural point in the spectrum . It is normal these days to be wearing things feminine when not at work (for instance feminine tee and very short shorts at moment) but it's also nice to wear very pretty clothes occasionally though!

One thing I have realised is that during the summer months with thin clothing a bra strap is easily noticeable. In the winter it was easy to go out wearing a bra as I prefer small boobs when presenting fully female (if I ever transition fully I would hate to to be large but smaller boobs are the norm in our family so it may not happen) so going out is not a problem but summer is something else! I only wore a bra on one day while in Devon. That was the only day I used the ladies room as the first time I went into the men's a man coming out stopped dead and stared! The next time I went I used the ladies. A woman followed me in. There were no concerns. Wearing a bra when out as fully female is a requirement as it tends to make a positive statement. I don't use forms as such, just a padded bra and / or small bikini pads.

It was a nice week with good weather. I enjoyed the opportunity to be me for a while. Things are coming together and hopefully will continue with few issues

Nice to see you back after what sounds like a lovely holiday by the sea. Finding a level of comfort is always a wonder and then being able to function there for a period of time makes it better yet.

Your gallery pictures are cute although it does look like the water might have been a bit cold.

The water was a bit cool although if we had spent the day on that beach I may have had a swim. The water temperature on the South Coast is usually somewhat higher than that of the North Sea coast where I live so it seemed quite warm to me although if I posted the picture of my partner taken shortly after you would really see the shock on her face lol
