Concerning depth of Vagina *Mature*

Mature subject matter. You've been warned.

I've researched Vaginoplasty HEAVILY over the past few months. I'm quite intrigued to see how they do it - recycling everything besides the testicles. There is one thing that concerns me though.

Vaginoplasty uses the penile skin to create depth, so what about those with small phalluses? Or those with the dramatic size difference between flaccid and construct?

In my case, scrotal tissue was used as a graft inside the vagina to give it depth. There are also some times when skin from other body areas can be used to improve things that way.

There are actually a couple videos on YouTube believe it or not. They are usually in documentary form or I found one that was straight operating procedure. A bit older of course, but eye opening to what happens. Super graphic btw, so don't go hunting them down if you might have an easily unsettled stomach.

Thanks Kayla, this is a thread of importance to me as well. I have done some research into Vaginoplasty, but not enough yet. I would like to know the same things. I have a truly dramatic difference between flaccid, and aroused. When flaccid I am so small that I can wear a bikini, I believe you have seen me wearing it in the warmer months (my boobs, and butt have sadly gotten too big to wear that one though). However, despite my intersex condition, when aroused I am kinda large, and really long. So I am hoping they can use the full extent of the material, in which case there is plenty. I am hoping that the extra material that I have available can be used to create not only decent depth, but also inner labia, and labial floor as well. I haven't done enough research yet though, I have watched a couple of videos, but I am kinda squeamish to be honest, so Alex has to tell me what is going on sometimes.

hugs,

Stephanie

Problem with that is the hairs on the scrotum----so you'll need (at least from the advice I've heard) to get electrolysis/laser down there if they are going to use it. Not looking forward to that part of it....

There are two misconceptions in play here. The penis is not all outside the body. There is lots to work with down there. On the exterior, in any small areas that have dermis showing, your body will grow epidermis.

I did my surgery with Dr Preecha's PAI in Bangkok. I had to have no pubic hair removed. They scraped away the hair folicals in the proceedure. They also gave me the cutest curley que of hair right at the very top of my opening.

My gynecologist was amased at the nice surgical they did.

I wasn't fabulously endowed but they gave me a full six inches without any graphs. Now after some frisky dilation I am almost to seven. I love deep hitting the bottom. It has it's own feeling different than my clit or Miss G. Oh, gitty up Cowboy...

In montreal you don't need electrolysis, in fact, they strongly advice you don't do it since they will cuterize the skin and need to know where the hair folicule is.

This topic is amusing, and informative at the same time. :) Special thanks to Vicky, and JodyAnn for the post op perspective. I clearly need to do more research, when I have time. Thanks for the depth info JodyAnn. My anomalous penis is seven inches in length when fully aroused (pre-HRT it was 8"), so I figure that'll give the doc enough to work with, lol.. :)

Stephanie

Scrotal hair is not an issue for most of the U.S. and Canadian surgeons. There is NOT one single way to do the surgery and even if one surgeon has trained with another one their techniques are just a bit different. My suggestion for anyone is to get to some type of TG Conference / Convention experience under your belt since the doctors who do it, do go to those events, and you can meet them and schmooze with them a bit. I met 4 surgeons over 2 years real and in person that way before I decided who I was going with for my re-birth.

Such a good topic :) . I myself was wondering if it would be better to get laser post op or pre. Definitely be more comfortable post op, but I was afraid that I would need some laser because removing hair internally would be difficult.

There's always the question of how small is small but I think most people need not be worried that they are too small for adequate depth. I had been worried but Brassard's demeanor suggested to me that I still had plenty to work with.

They will make you a wallet too! :D

Good luck on selling your wife on the idea of a different car. This could be tougher than negotiating with a dealership.   My wife agreed to my taking profit out of the company to buy a used truck once we found out the 2014 F-250 I currently had with 267,244 miles on it was needing new torque converter solenoids and the DEF system is chocking up. We bought a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 3500, Duramax 4X4, with 163,000 miles. LTZ Off Road package, power mirrors, chrome step boards, rear camera, exhaust brake, and air lift bags on the rear suspension. It belonged to a friend of mine who also owned a mobile training business.   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

At the other end and in our favor is Julia Serano's analysis of the Cass Report Fiasco   https://juliaserano.medium.com/the-cass-review-wpath-files-and-the-perpetual-debate-over-gender-affirming-care-8f56d0c4d0c6   Serano is a Trans Woman and a molecular biologist herself, guess whose evaluation I honor.

That's great @MaeBe hopefully the company will offer your wife a moving package with the new job position. That's how I was transferred from the St. Louis Metro area to the Indianapolis Metro area. The company covered all the moving expenses, as well as a three week stay in an extended living hotel while we chose an area to build our current home.   Good Luck and make it a happy adventure.   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

@Birdie is the day care in charge of your MyChart, Hospital, and Doctors as to how you are cared for? There has to be some way to prove that you were born intersex and have a choice on your chosen pronouns. I wish we could do more for you. Keep pushing forward.   Hugs,   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

That's nice. I have bought all my stuff through Best Buy because I love the customer service.

The Republicans are not interested in compromising.  Johnson will be gone for compromising unless the Dems help him out.

Biden campaigned as the master negotiator, able to push legislation through Congress.   Whatever bill a Dem president, a Dem Senate, and a Rep House can agree on might be  more palatable than a bill with a R president, R Senate and R House given present attitudes. They are throwing away a chance.
    • Ivy
A bill like this would never get through congress, even if it were allowed to be voted on.

Ha, that's funny - I swear this is the one I used to use in high school to get around school blockers and play games. 😅🤦‍♀️   Though I'd be wary of using a free VPN today, if your only intent is bypassing censorship, I guess it works. Proton VPN also has a free tier with a limited selection of countries/servers. I feel more comfortable recommending them as they actively try to fight censorship with new evolving VPN protocols, and they protect your privacy. They are also directly funded by their paying customers. So there is really no downside to using their free tier over another free VPN that may not have the same goals/values.

That sounds pretty accurate. I'm just glad I don't use Windows anymore, as I basically consider Windows itself a virus/malware. Backups can absolutely save you from some types of malware like ransomware. However it's ideal to just not get infected by having smart browsing habits. It's been said, and very accurately so, that the best antivirus is you - even the best antivirus isn't 100% accurate in detecting bad stuff, if you go out looking for that stuff or browse carelessly.   I guess if you don't care and/or don't have sensitive data on your PC, then that's fine I suppose. I personally care a lot - personal accounts, private messages, and even my very presence on this site aren't necessarily things I want to be public knowledge. 🤓🫠

Yes he is. Sorry it has taken so long. One sick kid and the other has needed my attention more than usually.
    • MaeBe
Sure is! Is he good with the kiddos?

Once again the Biden admin ignores Congress and issues a regulation that can be quickly changed. It would be much wiser if they worked a bill through Congress that became law.
