Shaving without foam

If you don't like saving with a foam like I do. You can buy an electric. I suggest not going cheap. Remington's are really bad deal, and Philip norelco makes most of their money after you have had some success using their shavers so their the best. You can buy them the cheapest on Amazon. Again, you get what you pay for.

Oh sure, there is some upfront cost, but it's cheaper than buying razors and cream in the long run. A good one won't cost you more than a years worth of razors, but don't think you're going to save money by buying direct.

Still buying in the stores will cost you more in the end. Convince isn't cheap. Buy online and wait is my advice. Again, I got mine from Amazon, and people msay I look like I have received treatment.

I have an electric that I've owned for years that I will use for a clean up, using a circular motion works best.  But mostly I do use a razor.  I don't care for foam so I use skin lotion applied after I moisten my skin so its a fairly thin application.  This works well for me.

I always felt you get a much closer shave with a manual than an electric. Plus you can buy the girl shave gel and smell like baby powder, or something tropical, or lavender! :D

I suspect you are right there Lizzie, especially in these days of multi blade razors, but personally, except for a session when I was about two or three when I tried to imitate dad (parents really shaken but I escaped unscathed :) ), I have always used electric so I think I am unlikely to change.

Even when using an electric shaver, at least for my face, I moisten (or even moisturise slightly) my face, then dab dry before shaving. I follow up shaving by moisturising.

It can also be a tell if you're using mens shaving cream and deoderants as they have scents no girl would wear.

I use an expensive foil electric for my face, until I can get the bloody hair removed, and just a bladed razor on the body. Using blades on my face causes a terrible rash/burn. Always use women's shaving Gels and disposable for the body.

The shaving bumps in the more sensitive areas I control with Bikini Zone, works great!

Hey now...my wife uses men's deodorant.  LOL  Honestly, I've never smelled it on her where one would say, "HEY!  She's wearing men's deodorant."  It's all kind of stinky really.

I use a woman’s shaving gel for my face and a sweetly scented body wash for the rest of my body. I turn the warm water off, lather up and then shave.  This technique works well for me.  I use a sweetly scented body lotion after my shower.

I feel feminine, fresh and stubble free when I’m done.

I use a cheap electric razor on my arms, chest, and legs every morning and while it takes a lot longer than I would like, I never get ingrown follicles or bumps. I use a regular Silky Touch 2 blade razor once a week on my face,  my hands, my bony marony wrists, and on my feet. Genetically, I am not lucky and do have a decent amount of hair. On the limited occasion when I need to look or feel my best, I will use an actual razor on my arms and lower legs, but 2 days later I always pay with excessive itching and bumps here and there. 50/50 I shave with sesame oil or womens shaving cream. And personally, I NEVER, EVER.......EVER use any shaving product whatsoever that is marketed towards men. (ick!) That hasn't changed in 15 years.

Hello,

For me, shaving without foam is painful if my skin is not well wet. I am surprised that after shower I can shave my nasty beard, without feeling a pinch, sometimes, but if I got lazy and I know that I am not going to see anyone, including myself in the mirror, for couple of days, my beard grow enough to become painful without foam.

My body epilation is kind of epic story, like 'Lord of the rings' and 'Star Wars', plus 'Alien' sagas, put together...:D:D:D

A painful journey!

I tried wax straps (on the hands and arms), epilator (for the same),  shaving and finally ended with depilatory cream, as a consensus decision for all of my hairy body part. Now I am happy to noticed that thanks to the anti-androgen, my body hair on arms and body is growing slowly! Oh, and I hope to make a laser hair removal procedures on the face, soon.

I've read on some men's shaving sites that shaving after a shower is best. I do this and use a two-blade razor and a shaving gel - this seems to work well for my light beard. (I feel so blessed to have very little facial hair!!) A female friend said she uses hair conditioner as a lubricant and I've had good luck with this too, especially on my legs. It's much cheaper and most products smell marvelous. :)

This is because the warm water opens up the pores on your face.  Before you shave in the morning run a facecloth under warm water for a short time and hold it to your face to get a similar effect.  Your skin will appreciate it.

This works but you have rinse out your razor more frequently as it is thicker than shaving cream and it clogs the blades.  I use a little bit of baby oil sometimes and find it works well.

I agree. This law is impractical and impossible to evenly enforce without such ridiculous measures in place. What it will do is stigmatize the trans community in Oklahoma and nothing more but ofc, that’s the only point of it.   If I was in that state and needed a restroom, there’s no chance I’d ever step foot in the men’s restroom because of some law. I know I’m not alone in that thinking. This law won’t stand the test of time.

I asked AI to create an image of myself 30 years younger based off my avatar on another site and this was the result:     Wow! I am amazed how close it got my 30 year old face!

Quite true.  The amusing thing about opposites is how similar they can be.   My family left Greece because of the conflict between the communists and the militarists/fascists.

This wouldn't even be a problem if they would just leave us alone.  It is a no-brainer.

OMG.  I'm glad it wasn't worse, and you were able to get on it quickly.  Lots of blood can be scary.

Like I said, I'm no tankie, but I do see a world of difference between Joseph Stalin and Bernie Sanders.   If the point is not wanting 'government control' the Right is pretty good at that themselves - as they've been demonstrating lately. This stuff gets complicated.

So, I am curious. Is the Governor going to mandate vaginal or penile recognition photos before one enters the restroom? Considering the Governor has no balls to do the right thing, will he have to pee against a tree outside? Inquiring minds would like to know. I love it when the job recruiters contact me about the wonderful jobs available in Oklahoma. It is so much fun telling them there is no way I will ever go to Oklahoma. When there are no workers, then they can shutter the place.

Ngl, probably Sonic the Hedgehog, the Beatles, or the Monkees. Those are the three subjects I know the most about so I could drop hours of info on them.

Thank you! I'm out of coffee so I have been drinking hot tea instead. Looking forward to the 1st. It's crazy that we are almost in May. This year has flown by really quick! Good to hear that y'all got to sleep in. Hope you have a good weekend too!

It's nice to care about others but you need to live your life as you please. No one be your only source of happiness. Love yourself and don't look back. I lost over 40 family members it hurts but apparently, they didn't truly love me. True love will always be there through the thick and thin. I can honestly say that HRT has made me think in ways that I never thought I would. I get myself some shoes or clothes every month because retail therapy not only helps but it is a reward to myself to show love. I have over 100 dresses. I have a whole walk-in-closet full of clothes and 67 pairs of shoes. I love who I am. I was born in 84 so not all people in the 80's think that way. As far as the name just take your time and be happy with it. I knew I loved the name Ashley. Take care and welcome!

Congratulations Sam,   The common saying her once someone starts HRT is: “Enjoy the ride.”   Best wishes, stay positive and motivated    Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋
