Visited JCPenny today and walked into the purse section by accident. About 20 minutes after looking around I decided to buy one. This is the first purse I've purchased, ever. Wanted to share.

Great! Be careful buying them is addictive!!!

I have about eight, yikes!  At first it was slightly awkward carrying one but it quickly became comfortable.  I have two small purses but I have to change out my wallet to use them as it's quite large, like my wife's.  She favors huge handbags.

Congratulations, Alicia Rose!  It's funny how good little things like that can make you feel.  You've also given me an idea.  I've been carrying a purse around out of habit, but the thing has this great big butterfly on it, which does not reflect the image of myself I currently want to present.  As soon as I can afford it, I'm getting a canvas messenger bag.

@Caykay1972 You could always try messaging one of the Root Admins asking for help or if they could change it for you.

@tracy_j, Thanks! :3

@MarcieMarie12, I thought about getting a clutch to be more discreet but I found the courage to buy a bigger bag. I'm glad. I feel pretty picky on which to buy it seems, lol.

@Jani423, I can't imagine buying many of them, but maybe another one. They have this cute white and black bag I wanted as well.

@Sander, It's the little things that help.

Alicia I don't have much money invested in them as I am cheap.  I got two from my wife and the rest from thrift shops.  There are some really good deals on like new bags.  I've never paid more than $8.00!   At that price you can afford to pick up something that may only get occasional use.

Yes, it was odd to carry one at first.  I'd go somewhere and think, do I take one or not, or just take a wallet?  Once you get comfortable with it, you won't leave home without one!!

After a while you will not feel fully dressed unless you have a handbag with you at all times.
