Activities as an outlet

Has anyone found an outlet that supports their mental well being the way I have found baseball and exercise.  I have an around the neck key chain and cap supporting my team or reflecting my love for the Giants.  So what do you all think?

I like body building... it gives me an outlet and helps me get a more masculine look.

I like my art and artgroup. It's not really for great fitness although field trips around the area get me into fresh air and walking. A useful point is that it is a neutral occoupation for transition too as, although there tends to be a greater proportion of women, it attacts all genders.

I have taken up golf again and have been excepted into a very casual women's league, though a year of HRT has severelly diminished my strength the chance to have the interaction with the other ladies who are out to only enjoy themselves just makes my day, they all know that I am in transition and know one seems to care, that gives me hope for the future.
