Well I do have a private office. I would have to ask for curtains. My bigger concern is the clean up after.

Wow, those are long dilation sessions.  Maybe you could do before work, after work and at bedtime.  That's roughly 8 hour intervals.

Its likely what I will do, but it really doesn't break down that easy. I'll check with my surgeon next week. To do it all around work, I need to dialate fron 5::30-6:30 am, 6-7 pm, and 10-11 pm. Really only 3 hrs between session 2 and 3.

Oh and here's a Pro Tip (from my sage 4 days of dialation) invest in one of those hand held adjustable shower heads. It make cleaning the extra lubricant off/ so much easier.

Oh one more thing to pick up for after, something my surgeon didn't mention upfront and I never heard anyone else mention. Get plenty of sanitary pads to save your panties from the lube or whatever else is coming out down there. My dr said it will stop eventually (like after a month). Just something I had never thought about needing.

I picked up some of those, along with a case of lube, a diaper blanket, body wipes, wet wipes, and some DVD's I can watch on my PC. I have a feeling I won't be in a gaming mood.

Another item that will help immensely is a couple of BIG bottles of Hydrogen Peroxide to wash your COTTON briefs that you buy in a size bigger than you normally wear.  You do NOT want to wear your old tummy control super spandex underpants for several months.  The hydrogen peroxide gets out discharge stains from your pants that will seep around the sanitary pads, and leaks through onto your nice new stretch jeans which also clean up well with the H2O2.

I didn't find it terribly comfortable but better than none.  I draped a fleece blanket over it and improved it measurably.  I'm glad your experience is better.

I wonder if the slower recovery pace my dr in Thailand uses has anything to do with things. Not released from the clinic until day 4, bandages and packing removed day 7, catheter removed day 12.

on a related note I can now use the potty likes big girl.

I had my follow up appointment with Dr. Chettawut this morning. He is happy with the results of both the augmentation and the SRS. (If anyone sees pic on his site of breasts with a Santa Claus on one, that's me.

I'm starting to think that maybe I do have superhuman healing. They barely let me walk by myself. The were shocked I didn't bring the donut pillow, and that I hadn't taken any pain pills.at least I know it's not that the goofe, because I definitely felt the stitches being renoved.

I am sorry for your struggles. I cannot empathize, but I can surely sympathize. I wish only the best for you!

My size. A lot of guys aren't 5'3" at seventeen. My hands. It's a less noticeable one, but my hands are very "feminine"? If you know what I mean. My voice. Very high-pitched. I don't just sound like a female, I sound like a little girl sometimes My chest. I've had to stop binding due to frequent aches doing so, and it's not nearly small enough to just cover with baggy clothes My family. They still call me she/her, so that's an automatic out. My anxiety. I might be able to pass better if I had the courage to correct people. Instead, I'm too scared to speak up, so I find it hard. My lack of men's clothes.   Anyone else have these problems, or other ones?

From what I have read and heard most people are so.busy with their everyday lives and either looking at their phones or in a hurry to notice you out and about.

This exactly ^^^   I actually really liked games where I was required to play a male character. It felt homey, in a way.

I can relate.  I have always played a female character when given the opportunity. Not really and reason except I just alway pick them since I was young

Yes, our little town is having its 3rd annual Pridefest. I've volunteered the first two years  from setup to tear down (though I do take an hour off to eat and drink in the middle).     Then I attend a bigger one a couple towns over that has had some decent entertainment from some semi-famous folks (Laura Benanti, Patrick Wilson, Carmen Carrera, Judy Gold, etc).    This year I made sure to ask off of (weekend) shifts to attend a 3rd one where a group I'm in is in the parade.

Hi Vicky, I agree with you, so far since the time I've been under the new treating doctor's care, she prescribed me medication, but it's for children lol  luckily  my pharmacy warned me from a phone call not to take the medication.

Welcome to the party, M.A.     Sounds chaotic haha, I can confidently say that living with only two children the same age is stressful enough, much less three!

Things hit the fan today. I was reminded that "this is not a gender fluid establishment."   I had changed my preferred name and gender at the hospital on their app. My x-ray report came in with my preferred name and gender. It was not appreciated by the centre. 😬
