Hair removal

Hi everyone- I started the possess of hair removal for GRS ( I,m sure most know what I,m talking about). Two weeks ago I had a phone consult with a doc. Who told me not to waist my time and money. She does that as part of the operation. Thats contrary to every thing I,ve read and heard. So what have others heard?   Thanks   Eden

You don'r need to do it if you do not want to.  My GCS surgeon does scraping but I had already started before I was scheduled with Dr. Rumer. I finished the hair removal down there for my own piece of mind. But I will say electrolosis hurts down there and if it was not for the laser removing 99% of the hairs down there, I probably would not have finished off.

My Dr. (Chettawut) specifically does not want hair removal. I had already started, but contacted him and was told just not to do any more. According to him, laser and electrolysis makes the skin less elastic. As we all know, the more flexible the skin down there, the better.
