Dating Sites Suggestions

I am curious to know if anyone has used any of the transgender dating sites that are out their and if so which ones are the most legitimate and successful.  I have used Okcupid before and find them to be ok but not the best.  Does anyone try to date offline and if so, how do you go about doing so?  I mean if you meet a guy, do you tell him up front that you are transgender?  Do you approach them or do you let them approach you?  I have not dated in over ten years and it would be nice to go on a date sometime.

It's ok to ask about dating sites per se. Just remember that we are not a dating site. Anyone caught trying to arrange a date between other members here will be banned on the spot.

While I am not in the dating pool, I've read lots of opinions on this point.  It's really up to you and how you feel about it.  The general consensus from what I've read is if you don't say anything you certainly should before you get too serious.  As we know, secrets can come back to haunt us so being honest as you get deeper in the relationship would be an important consideration.
