Visit to the state legislature

Hi everyone, I was at the state legislature in support of LGBTQIA rights on Monday. We were trying to get three bills (housing, insurance and public employment) worked. They are currently held up in the sub committees, the bright side was we were not having debates over any bathroom bills. Here is a picture of me with the senator (He is holding the HRC flag, I am on the right of him).

Thanks. Not Surprisingly, the GOP leadership squashed the bills, but in the end offense is better than defense. From my sense this will take a few years to pass (when talking to the legislators). Might even be the next election.
