Had My First Therapy Session.

Well, I had my first therapy session today. It went pretty well I think, she asked me a lot of questions about my past, my family, and just how things are in general for me. I felt it was overall positive, she thinks I might have a secondary anxiety disorder. Though since my Anxiety has gone down by a TON just from coming out to family and getting started that I didn't need regular therapy right now and just to keep with the weight loss, and to keep her updated with a few sessions that I could likely get a recommendation for HRT in about 3 months. Definitely excited feel like I'm finally taking my life in a positive direction.

Well, I just had my second therapy appointment today, and it seemed to go really well. She basically said that as soon as I get the weight back down, that I can get my HRT recommendation, she actually suggested I get started on laser hair removal and such! I'm definitely happy that my life for really the first time even feels like its going in a positive direction. Now I just need to find a good laser hair removal place in the Denver area.

Congratulations, I'm working on the weight loss part too.

You should be able to find a lot of hair removel locations in an area as big as Denver and its suburbs that used to be cities!

I'm really happy for you...I get that way whenever I see anyone taking a positive direction in their lives like you are doing! Good on you, Girlfriend!
