My progress thus far

Hey, 

Last time i posted here I think I was still questioning and unsure... after a few therapy sessions with my school therapist, they've helped me realized that my only fear continuing on is the fact of what others might think, and that I really shouldn't be afraid, and if some friends do think differently of me then they probably aren't real friends. 

I've started voice training at a Voice Therapy place, and I'll be going to the Mazzoni center next week to set up appointments to start hrt. Im both excited and nervous but the entire thing that I have experienced up to this point has made me nothing but happy and I am both excited and nervous about hrt.

Sounds great.  I'm glad you were helped by your therapist.  I know mine helped me.  I know a good number of trans folks who go to the Mazoni Center.  We live quite close to New Hope so Dr, McGinn was a natural choice for me.

Welcome back J.  That's awesome that you have been able to connect with a therapist at school and had a positive experience.  The fear of what others think of us is universal.  What we think of ourselves is more important.  Congratulations on making a start.  I look forward to hearing more from you.  Please join it the conversation when you can.
