The article went on to say the pharmacist no longer works there. But it took filing a report to the state agency there.

Sadly, we are going to see more of these shenanigans for a while.  The social climate has a foul wind blowing in our faces.

There will always be those individuals whose personal opinions and biases are stronger than their need to abide by laws, rules or common sense.  The good news is that corporations like CVS don't tolerate such behavior and act on it.  CVS, in its response, did a solid to our community.

In another sites forum where I post in regard to religion and Trans people this event had been put up for discussion.  Arizona says the pharmacist can refuse to fill the scripy on "moral grounds" so how could he be fired.  This was my reply there
