I started hormone therapy today so it seems like a good time to introduce myself.

 

I came out as trans to my wife and some family and friends last fall. 

 

My wife has been incredibly supportive and loving, making it possible for me to take this next big step.

 

A lot of big challenges are in front of me, coming out at work among them. I’m super nervous but even more excited.

 

I never would have imagined taking estrogen and t blockers at 58, but here I am doing it today ... and ecstatic about it!

 

It’s been great reading the forum, and I’m looking forward to everyone’s advice!

Welcome! It's nice to meet you. It's good to hear that you have good support from your wife. Having family support can mae a lot of difference, You will find people very supportive here. Feel free to join in and post. There is lots of accumulated experience.
