Ohio Appeals Court Rebukes Judge In Name Change Case

I hope this judge never hears another case involving a trans person.  He is totally bigoted.

I am puzzled by why the case would go back to that judge as some of this implies.  The guy's presiding judge needs to get him off the case, but if they are going higher, it may get a final judgment ordered by  the Supreme Court there.

Sounds like a runaround. That’s why I’m probably going to move where it is easier to get a name change. I haven’t heard of it being difficult here but it’s better to have as much help as possible.

Glad to see this! What still irritates me a little is the refusal to make a statement. The legal system never apologizes for their mistakes. They always seem to find a way to weasel out of common decency. I mean would it really cost anything?
