Hi Jackson, I saw this post earlier but because it has been up for a while I wanted to let you know you are not alone.

The official answer to this is for you to tell someone, preferably an adult member of staff. Your school should have an anti bullying policy and should enforce it. With parental involvement coming if the school do not solve the issue.

Outside of that as someone who was bullied due to frequently just being the new kid in the UK you have two other options - keep your head down and weather the storm, by not reacting you take the fun out of it for them and they will eventually move onto someone else when they get bored, they want to know that their name calling and harassment has an impact - don't let it, people who behave like that should not matter to you, they are not worth the emotional energy.

Or stand up for yourself and yell back - which will probably just escalate things and make it worse depending on who is harassing you and why. I do NOT recommend this option.

Whatever you decide to do I can promise you that these people do not define you and have no clue how amazing you are as a person, and once you leave school you will probably never see them again.

Do not get your sense of self worth from others.

Bullies are only bullies because they are insecure about themselves and are trying to hide their own fears about being a waste of space by trying to make others think they are too, hopefully they will grow out of it, and if you are with your friends they will be less likely to start something if you are in a group. Pity them, don't fear them.

You can teach a dog how to behave, but you can't teach stupid.

Tell and don't stop telling until someone does something about it. I was bullied. It had to go to the school board for anything to be done and I still ended up leaving school and going to job corps.

Look for the LGBT Community Center closest to you and tell them about your school as well.  They will have contacts to legal help that can act on your behalf.   My Trans  "God Daughter" actually went to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) who got the attention of her school's administration the totally right way and today she is in the top of her class at High School with the support of all her teachers.  I can list other organizations whose purpose is to make sure schools are safe for young Trans people and yes, Trans teachers and other school workers.

This is a vital point.  You are  NOT others' opinions or ideas of who and what you are.  The fully strongest men in the world are the most gentle and caring.  The weakest in all ways is the bully.

I am sorry for your struggles. I cannot empathize, but I can surely sympathize. I wish only the best for you!

My size. A lot of guys aren't 5'3" at seventeen. My hands. It's a less noticeable one, but my hands are very "feminine"? If you know what I mean. My voice. Very high-pitched. I don't just sound like a female, I sound like a little girl sometimes My chest. I've had to stop binding due to frequent aches doing so, and it's not nearly small enough to just cover with baggy clothes My family. They still call me she/her, so that's an automatic out. My anxiety. I might be able to pass better if I had the courage to correct people. Instead, I'm too scared to speak up, so I find it hard. My lack of men's clothes.   Anyone else have these problems, or other ones?

From what I have read and heard most people are so.busy with their everyday lives and either looking at their phones or in a hurry to notice you out and about.

This exactly ^^^   I actually really liked games where I was required to play a male character. It felt homey, in a way.

I can relate.  I have always played a female character when given the opportunity. Not really and reason except I just alway pick them since I was young

Yes, our little town is having its 3rd annual Pridefest. I've volunteered the first two years  from setup to tear down (though I do take an hour off to eat and drink in the middle).     Then I attend a bigger one a couple towns over that has had some decent entertainment from some semi-famous folks (Laura Benanti, Patrick Wilson, Carmen Carrera, Judy Gold, etc).    This year I made sure to ask off of (weekend) shifts to attend a 3rd one where a group I'm in is in the parade.

Hi Vicky, I agree with you, so far since the time I've been under the new treating doctor's care, she prescribed me medication, but it's for children lol  luckily  my pharmacy warned me from a phone call not to take the medication.

Welcome to the party, M.A.     Sounds chaotic haha, I can confidently say that living with only two children the same age is stressful enough, much less three!

Things hit the fan today. I was reminded that "this is not a gender fluid establishment."   I had changed my preferred name and gender at the hospital on their app. My x-ray report came in with my preferred name and gender. It was not appreciated by the centre. 😬
