These kids

Hellothere

Recommended Posts

Not sure if this is the right area but i need to just

ugh

it'll make sense

Im still in school, and well these children have some opinions.

specifically transgender kind of opinions. Two kids in particular like to discuss how trans people don't exist. And ohhhhh it drives me mad. Luckily one kid is going to a different  school next year.

one of them

even the teachers are fed up with them. One in particular just kinda steps in and goes "yo thats not cool" they have shrugged him off. It makes going through the day ten times harder.

It frustrates me beyond belief and sometimes puts a massive damper on my mood. Im already so unsure and these children just joke around and i wanna scream at them about how life sucks for some people and they dont need to make it worse.

sorry for the vent and sorry if this isnt the right area.

Have a nice day-

Daniel.

It reminds me of my schooldays somewhat. There always seemed to be a current pain who was irritating or nasty. I got to realise that people move on and there is a quiet period before the next comes along. Very irritating at best, and the only way is often to grin and bear it. As long as it is no more than that. Discuss with staff if it gets too much. Just remember that they likely have their problems too and maybe their behaviour is in a way to alleviate their own issues. Life can appear complex.

That sucks. I feel for you!

Hang in there...life after school gets so much better. You get to choose who you spend your time and energy around.

Look up the philosopher Rene Descartes in the Library ---  One of his famed quotes was "I think, therefor I am!" dealing with personal human existence.  The fact they are thinking about Trans' existence means we do in their minds which labels them as loud mouths and quiet brains.  A couple of turkeys ready for the deep fat fryer.

I am guessing they think they are hot stuff, but like the others I wonder how low they really feel.  Some adults in their lives reward them and give them attention they would not otherwise have.  Even negative attention is better than no attention to them.  A friend who is still, working as a school counselor sees this often and knows they are emotionally neglected at home.
