I'd like to say this is beyond belief, but nothing these days is beyond belief.   Down the rabbit hole we go...

I can only cry remembering what things were like when i was younger.  It is hard to believe it will ever get that bad again but the republicans sure are giving it a try.  

I just hope this doesn't go on much longer.

There are ways good attorneys can "neutralize" this person and even the Presiding Judge of her own court can find ways to keep her busy with routine cases that have nothing to do with the LGBT or related cases so her real ability to do damage is pretty slim.  A friend of mine is a Federal Judge (I went to Law School with him and 45 years later we are still friends even with my Transition) and he gripes about cases that are the bulk of federal law suits by and what they entail.  Interstate contract issues and tort suits against federal agencies, very often for minor property damage, and whether a city can keep a cell phone tower from being erected are their mainstay.  I wish the judge all the best on figuring our what cooking stove installed by a company from Texas in a new house in the state of Washington was actually what the home buyer who lives in Maine contracted for.  (I was a juror on one of those cases in a 10 day jury ttrial and we deadlocked on the verdict.  The stove was 10 years old by then. That type of case will fit her just fine.
