Do you mean Coolsculpting or some generic equivalent?

I don't have first hand experience, but have read a lot of reviews in consideration of trying it. 

Essentially it works, but expect fat elimination to be modest at best.   It won't work for massive fat removal like liposuction.  But if you already exercise regularly and have a good diet, it can help remove some of that stubborn fat around your waist.

The thing that scares me is that some people experience serious pain and other side effects. One reviewer said she couldn't do anything for two days afterwards, because she was in so much pain.

 

If anyone has first hand experience, i'd love to hear it.
