Online Gender Therapist

Hello, 

 

I was working with a therapist for awhile but it seems more like just someone to vent to versus getting down to the roots of gender issues. I am not saying that is bad just that I am looking for a different perspective and something available online versus having to go into an office. What are some affordable gender therapists that do online services? Or are they all pretty much in office only? I have tried some of the more popular counseling sites too which are decent but they are not really certified with gender specifically so they were nice to vent to but not really gender specific.

One you can consider is Dr. Budd in Georgia.  I'm not sure if there will be any licensing issues that prevent him from working with you in your location, but he does offer telepsychology services.  It might be worth sending him a note to find out if it's possible; we have heard good things about him over the years.
