I finally got my first woman’s bathing suit in 25 years.

Well, my wife and I joined a gym about 3 months ago.  We decided that the weather was getting too cold to do 3-4 mile walks in cold rainy weather.  We’ve been going 4 or 5 times a week since September.  My wife and I really enjoy working out there.  We both use the ladies locker room but only my wife has been able to use the ladies sauna because I didn’t have a swimsuit.  Some of the women at the go into it with just a towel and other like my wife wear a swim suit.  So all these months I’ve had to skip it.  Back in my glory days, I loved to use the sauna after a workout.  I’d always sleep like a baby afterwards.

 

This morning my wife rushed to the mailbox and came back with a package.  She said I have an early Christmas gift and I’m hoping you can use it today.  I opened it up and it was the suit you see in the picture here.  It makes me feel so feminine.  I absolutely love it and others at the gym did too.  I finally was able to use the sauna after today’s workout.  It was so refreshing!!

Hi Willow, I’m certainly no wig expert but used to wear them all the time.  Personally, I’d be afraid to use mine in a pool or the ocean.

 

Assuming your wig has dependable wig clips attached or maybe you use waterproof tape to hold it in place, I would think it might stay in place if you're not too rough in the water.  However, Chlorine in swimming pools and especially the high Chlorine content in jacuzzis are likely going to be hard on any wig.  Salt in ocean water is harsh too.  I definitely wouldn’t recommend it with a favorite wig.  Even an inexpensive wig would need to be cleaned really well after every use if it got wet.  My wife has a good quality swim cap and she still gets her hair wet around the edges of the cap.  She’s not doing a lot of diving either so with a wig and cap it’s probably a crapshoot.
