It seems hard to believe

 When i first visited this forum, which had a different name at the time, i was searching for some self acceptance and the acceptance of others.  The ideas of resources for shoes etc was important but that feeling of finally fitting in somewhere may have been the most important thing at that point.   Time, both here and in life has given me a wonderful life in which I'm actually comfortable as myself.  Who would have thought that possible?  Not me.  

If your new here or having trouble keep coming.  Try to help others and soon you'll be helping yourself.

Good Morning Charlize, indeed having a forum to share ideas on, is a real asset. Helping others does indeed come back to you, in ways you could never imagine.

This is how I have found how important it was to open up and ask questions no matter how ridiculous or stupid you think it is.  I had asked many of those questions and started to understand how things work.  More about myself and then as time has gone by I was able to help others.  It feels good to help.

I find it's so easy to help others, yet I can be so hard on myself.  Helping others, especially with kind words, can be great practice for helping yourself.
