Chest dysphoria

Does anyone have any tips on chest dysphoria because it's killing me. Every time I look down my chest sticks out. No matter how many sports bras I may put on to tighten it. I just hate having a chest, and having a large chest makes it even worse. Wearing just a binder does the same as wearing a bra. I am open to any tips or tricks.

Hmm I have the opposite problem.  Actually Im nt doing so bad in that department but miles away from where I want to be.

Other then binders I am not sure what to suggest to you hon.

Well, as the sun has yet to attempt to boil the earth yet, layers still work. One thing that I would suggest is a stiff men's jacket, one with some shape, because you don't even have to wear a binder for your chest to look at least smooth. Hoodies, flannels, coats - winter is the only quality season as far as I am concerned. Really though, I can walk around in public wearing noting on my chest at all, but as long as I have my XXL (I wear a medium usually) black Levi's coat, I pass easily. Well, as long as there is also a t-shirt and XL hoodie, but close enough for me.

Time to swing by Ross or something. Hopefully my stepmom will allow me to get a men's jacket

 

Only problem is that I get really hot and have to take off my hoodie because I don't like the feel of sweat under my hoodie, and I fear being stinky (wow I sound like a child ?)

I have sweat through literally everything I've put on my body for the last four weeks. This includes hoodies, sheets, t-shirts, blankets, cinder blocks, whatever. I feel your pain. I just want to be dry. Perfectly reasonable fear.

I wasn't allowed to shower for a week in there and I smelled like a festering bog corpse. So yeah, also a perfectly reasonable fear.

 

Just go a little big on something blocky that breathes. You'll find something that smooths your lines out.

Idea - steal your father's....?

 

Another, better idea - use Bath and Body works. Yes, it seems girly, but I cannot think of anything more attractive than smelling like oatmeal cookies. I happen to have a very good thyroid, and can be sweating in 23 degrees with just a coat or cool in 80 degrees with a t-shirt, thick hoodie, and flannel. Honestly, it works, find what blend is best for you. I consistently smell like buttery, cinnamon popcorn, which is very specific but true. The citrus stuff there has a really light but strong smell, so it helps. You mom probably won't have a problem with that, and if you ever need to ask for something you can say that you are getting it for your girlfriend if you are uncomfortable. They also have really good hair mask that will leave you smelling like honey for days. It is kinda embarrassing to talk about, but I am not ashamed to have soft, luscious hair and smell amazing, so you shouldn't be either.

That is a genius idea. This is why you are the smart one. I love the smell of lemons and oranges, I have a love for sour foods. 

 

I already have really soft hair, but I love honey so why not.

Just make sure not to bind inappropriately; it is tempting but so dangerous.
