Legs cramping after one dose.

I did not have that issue.  I know that those cramps are often caused by dehydration so drink a great deal and also watch out for foods with a high phosphorus content.

I would also contact your doctor as medications can affect all of us differently.

No it is not and most likely due to something other then the HRT meds.  However as Charlize had mentioned cramps are normally a symptom of dehydration and the T blockers do dehydrate a bit.  It is wise to tell your supervising doctor your concerns. 

If you are not under a doctors supervision, and forgive me as I do not know if you are or not,  please do not continue taking the meds.

If you are on a common anti androgen then as Charlize notes you need to drink a lot more water than you are probably used to.  I regularly had cramping prior to starting HRT but it all but disappeared after I upped my fluid intake.  If it persists talk to your doctor.

Call you doctor, explain the complaint and have lab work done as the doctor requires.

Leg cramping can also come from low potassium levels. Some water pills, like Spiro, can reduce your potassium levels but I'd think your endo would have screened for that. I'd definitely contact my doctor and say, "Hey, I took this dose and now I have leg cramps." Maybe it's related, maybe it's not, but best to be safe.
