I'm planning on getting top surgery this year, if possible. I want to find a surgeon who accepts Medicare and can do a surgery that preserves the nipple stalk, like buttonhole or inverted-T. Any recommendations?

Right now I have a consultation scheduled for FtM top surgery with Dr. Daniel Freet; he can do inverted-T and accepts Medicare, but I'm not sure if he's the best option. Does anyone have experience with him?

I think you might find something at Realself which is a site where there are reviews of cosmetic surgery.
